Clean , efficient scrapper that is different from all the others in it's set up. Pays premium prices but unfortunately the only way to see the actual price breakdown is to cash out your ticket in the machine collect your loot and then return to the processing area.

i have been dealing with west coast for a number of years now for all my stainless and aluminum scrap i have always been dealt with courteously and quickly. some of the best prices in the lower mainland that i personally have seen. so far i have yet to have a complaint with any of my dealings here. if i have ever asked for a hand offloading something one of the guys has been willing to give me a hand with it without a complaint.

First time using your services and was very impressed with the level of customer service! I came in to recycle some old bed frames and got a bit lost... not for long though! Your staff were so helpful and friendly. Never felt ignored. When I was directed to the correct place, I was quickly greeted by a courteous and helpful staff member, who offered to bring the loader close to my car so that I could put the bed frames right in the bucket. He was very kind (as were all of your staff!) and really made my day with his positive attitude:-) Would definitely recommend!

I love going to West Coast Recycling with my husband! The staff is very helpful. Inside is well organized and the forklift operators are very cautious. It is very clean both inside and out. It's fascinating to see the variety of metal objects in the humungous heaps out back. And knowing that the metal will be recycled and not going to the landfill. I enjoy watching the big claw machine precisely pick up metal and drop it. I even saw the sweeper at the end of the day meticulously cleaning outdoors. West Coast Metal Recycling is a field trip for adults!
