I am getting married in November and I walked in with my fiance (fully willing and able to spend money for what we want) and no one greeted us or talked to us we walked through the entire store. Associates were arguing with each other and ignoring every customer. As we decided to leave, one probably new sales associate came up and asked if he could grab us someone to help. We expressed our unhappiness and decided to leave. Not worth our business.

Excellent service. I interacted with Tristan and store manager over there. Store manager was quite pleasant and salesman was very sincere in giving his opinion and very patient and spent few hours with me to help me select right kind of products.

It's my son's grad year and it was his first experience finding a suit. We had the pleasure of meeting Sammy. His enthusiasm, his kindness and his expertise was beyond anything I've experienced before. It was his mission to make my boy feel special and to find him the perfect outfit; it was a tremendous success. Thank you Sammy for all that you did. You are so appreciated!!!

Sammy is a fantastic salesman. As soon as i walked through the door, immediately he picked out the suit i wanted and it was exactly my size. Didnt even use a measuring tape. Got the suit, tie, and socks for a really great price. Next time im getting the shoes from him.

Not helpful. Employees were yelling at each other across the store about shoes for the mannequin. The only time someone acknowledged our existence was as we were about to leave but by then it was too late. They even said that they couldn't help up and gestured at someone grumpily folding clothes. Not a good atmosphere. No idea how they sell anything.

I had a great experience at Harry Rosen and will be coming back for sure for my next suit I was helped by Jim and he was very welcoming and helpful. Overall great experience with fair prices!

I have one rule when buying a suit, you need a great suit guy. Sammy is the best suit guy I have ever come across and I will continue coming back for him. I just walked in, and without even describing my preferences and sizes, he started laying out hits after hits. All I had to tell him was yes or no. By far the best suit buying experience I have ever had. The fact that the final bill was less than half of what other places I visited yet I walked away with much better quality suit (I like wool suits and this was by far the best quality and selection of 5 places I visited downtown), was just an icing on the cake. You need this suit guy.

We have been there a couple of times, and Helen has been taking very good care of us.She is very attentive.If they had more sizes and more of the high-end designers, we would be there more often.This is the only store that is worth visiting in the entire mall.

I had a wedding to go to and I have never bought a suit from anywhere other than H&M.I was always nervous and intimidated to go get a tailored suit. I knew nothing! always thought nothing could fit my body.I randomly walked into store with my nephew who also needed a suit, my partner and my sister. We thought alright lets just ask and see how it goes.It was by far the best experience ever. Not sure if this is how it always goes in these kind of stores but Jim helped both of us find a suit that we felt so confident in. He was so patient, answered all our questions, gave us tips and tricks, explained the whys. We didn't feel pressured to buy certain things. He gave tips on what colour belt should be, how pointed shoes makes a person taller, etc etc. We learned so much and had so much fun.We were there for a few hours and yet we walked out there saying how it was such a great experience for ALL of us.For a nervous and anxious person like myself this was the best. Jim made me feel so comfortable and not judged. We are so glad we walked inThank you Jim!
