Went through the drive thru today the older gentleman was just miserable.Gave me the wrong drink didn’t apologize, no manners at all.The young kids working were so much nicer what a horrible example he provides.When I finally drove away my iced hazelnut cold brew was wrong it was just a regular iced coffee.

The women taking drive thru orders was absolutely disgusting. Asking for the driver to order when the driver was ordering. Got up to the window she gave us a dirty look. Never again do better.

The Greeter at the speaker sounded like she hates people, and we were rushed through our order. As in forced to order at their preferred speed. Window person wasn't any better. Pretty much threw our order into the car. Also, we know when employees are checking out" our spouses or whomever for whatever reason. It's obvious when the person who started taking our money when we got to the window

The worst Tim's! 30 minutes to get through the drive-through and it wasn't busy. Used to stop on the way to, and from, the cottage, but they rarely have the pastries. Surely, they have tools to predict demand.Now we go a little out of our way to the Excellent Tim's in Lakefield.

Always friendly and quick and never gotten wrong order at this location, I'm not out that way a lot, but at least a few times a month and never had bad experience.

The worst experience ever in a Timmies!! There was only one customer sitting inside and one waiting for his order..so NOT busy. 7 times, employees walked by me without acknowledging me let alone taking my order! Finally I had to request" that my order be taken and still waited. I ordered a coffee and muffin. Enployee NEVER made eye contact...it was obvious that this 40 something year old man did not want to be working today! I once again had to wait some 3-5 minutes to receive my order! He said "have a good day"..but my dog would have been able to say it with more enthusiasm. A few years back
