This Service Ontario, and most of them, are built to steal your money. Not only are they absolutley rude, and condescending; they truly have no idea what they are doing (keep reading, because they do). They pretend to not know the laws, when in reality, they are trying to obtain unlwaful taxes on used vehicle gift transfers. They are franchised, and operate for profit, not to help people. Stay away, or get ready for the most usless and ridiculous levels of NON customer service, attitude, and ignorance. I am actually baffled how they have so many positive reviews, they probably paid for them or came from friends and family.

Ridiculously poor customer service here. It is astonishing how this location hires individuals who not only have zero customer service skills, but zero people skills in general. A young lady with black hair, 11 AM Thursday June 15th, clearly was not in the mood to help anyone. Crossed arms, crossed legs, her phone more important than the customers, not answering my questions and speaking to customers as though they are stupid. Her favourite phrase is I don't know" to simple service renewal related questions. Well

July 10th 3:30 pm.The Lady at the 2nd booth near the entrance helped me. She was very patient with my situation and really took the time to call (i guess their main office) to figure out how to fix my driver’s license and quickly fixed my license plate issue as well even though it was not booked in my appointment.Thank you!

Employees here are very bad and unhelpful. There is a red-haired female employee among the staff, she acts very racist, she humiliates people, she is busy with her phone, she probably doesn't realize that this is Canada, please I demand the necessary action on something. I consider this employee a total waste of time for my community and cannot be expected to be useful.

I went in to register my vehicle and was assisted by Sharon. Wonderful lady, she was efficient and guided me through the whole process. Made what would have been a chore, a pleasant experience. Thanks Sharon

Compared to the location in Brampton, this was heaven for me. I can’t take crowds of more than twenty people. What a find. The staff were fine. If you were stuck in an office with no sunlight or fresh air all day, you might get a little surly.

All the employees at this office are completely miserable and grouchy. Not a single smile, clerks leaning over, sighing and puffing when people approach the counter. Every one star review says the same thing.Came to renew a health card for my 81 year old mother who could not leave the house as she has mobility issues and no notice was mailed out for the renewal. Clerk was not helpful, could not provide any information or insight on how to proceed even though the health card was expiring the next day. Advised renewal online not possible as she does not have drivers license, clerk responded “I don’t work online or know the policies”. I asked if she could at least get me the forms so that I could mail them in for her, and she was no help. Get staff who actually want to work and know how to provide the services that they’re being paid for by tax payers.

This is the closes location to my new house, I came in here to change the address on my wife's and I, as well as our children's health card, our driver license and registration. The young lady serving us was fast!... We were only in there for 10mins, it was busy but the line moved along quite well. Now... I've read some of the reviews regarding the rudeness of the staff, but I personally didn't witness it, I did take notice of one individual that I believe to be mentioned in a review, I caught her smiling and joking with her co worker... so I presume we all have our good days and bad days. The location itself is inside the mall, there is no exterior entrance, I suggest if you go to find parking near the North entrance. I personally would recommend this place, I have nothing negative to say about it. Thanks.*Edit Aug 5/17*This is my forth visit to this Service Ontario location, now... l honestly can't figure out why there's more negative reviews then there positive ones. I wait in line behind approximately 15+ people, there are 4-5 people servicing, and everyone says hi, appears to be friendly. My opinion is, from a customer service perspective, there isn't anything wrong here. Waiting behind 15+ people with 4-5 employees servicing the line up, I waited from 10-15 minutes, on two different days I was there. Both days being served by a nice people, one of which is a little old lady with a horse pedant necklace. The wait time seems pretty fast to me, in an out. If you'll go for straight business I recommend this place, if you live in the area, but for pleasure there isn't much going on in this mall.*Edit Feb 16/19*Please be advised that if decide to go here, be early, because the lineup before it opens can get quite long. As I sat in the mall having tea from 8:30am to 8:55am, there was about thirty people or more waiting in line.Thank you for reading my review. You
