The Canadian HR Academy and Caroline Power provided an exceptional experience during the Talent Management Certified Practitioner program. The CTMP program provided key insights of current talent management best practices and body of knowledge for senior HR leadership with a clear, interactive and engaging approach.I gained excellent tools and resources in succession planning, talent attraction, retention, engagement and HR metrics that can be used to influence business leaders on people decisions.I highly recommend this program for HR professionals looking to elevate their knowledge, are stepping up on a leadership role or want to network with other HR leaders from different industries.

I recently completed the Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP) program and I'm still amazed by the knowledge I gained! I didn't have any specific expectations going into the course but I was blown away by everything I learnt. The program has equipped me with valuable knowledge and tools that I am already utilizing in my role.The program is well structured and Caroline is an excellent instructor! Not only does she allow for an engaging and open atmosphere, she is extremely knowledgeable about all things HR! I looked forward to our weekly classes and appreciated her teaching style. She challenged the class to think outside the box but most importantly to think strategically within our roles.I highly recommend this program to all HR professionals (not only Talent Management Professionals) looking to expand their knowledge in the area of Talent Management. The course covered several modules including; Strategic Talent Management, Succession Planning (my favourite), Talent Reviews, Total Rewards and Talent Analytics.

Caroline is truly one of the best instructors that I have ever had. She is an expert at teaching and engaging the class to participate. I recently earned the Executive Talent Management Master’s Diploma. by completing both, the CTMP and the Financial Analysis programs.I would definitely recommend this training program to other professionals. I now have a good and clear understanding of the entire Talent Management value chain and have a more strategic perspective to lead the HR/ Talent function. I also enjoyed learning the financial piece behind any business model. These two programs are the perfect combo for HR professionals!

I’ve taken both the financial analysis course as well as the certified talent management practitioner course. Both courses provided a rich learning opportunity and Caroline is very very lovely to work with. She explains everything very thoroughly, and takes the time to make sure that her class understands importance of what we’re learning. The in class exercises are very practical and give you a good sense of how the information you’re absorbing will look and work in the real world. My biggest advice is to do the work. Do the homework, do the in class exercises. She will guide you and help you. Caroline does an excellent job of keeping you engaged and she is very helpful if you have questions at any time! I’ve absolutely loved my experience and urge anyone who is interested or curious to give this program a shot.
