bought some material that was on special. Ask customer service if they have it stock he said yes so I payed for it. two days before delivery they called that dot have in stock. lost of time. customer service they do not know there left hand from the right hand .DO NOT recommend shopping at this place.

Awful experience! Ordered a bunch of custom windows and a door for our veranda in June. Got the windows in late October! No door! Nobody knows when we get it. Nobody returns our calls from the store. Our contractor calls you almost every day. What is wrong with you?

Good service, which is a good thing because it would be hard to find anything on your own with how packed the showroom is with products.They have more products on display than they really have room for, with more available from the back area on request.They have online ordering through their own website: pontmasson.com rather than Rona.ca

I am building a house and have purchased for many tens of thousands of dollars worth of materials with them. They are quick to invoice, but it is extremely difficult to obtain credits for returns. There is also overbilling on some invoices. I have contacted them several times (repeatedly), but they do not bother to respond to emails, even less to address the problem. Certainly one of the worst client service there is. Submitted a complaint to the Office de Protection du Consommateur. Go with Patrick Morin. They respect their clients.

Unprofessional, annoyed staff. Does not want to help you at all. Pathetic. I spent 2 hours in the store because I had to find everything myself. Seriously the worst shopping experience.
