Friendly. Supportive. Effective. Committed to helping you achieve your goals. Excellent (reasonably-sized!) group workout classes - tough at first but quick results if you stick with it. Slower paced yoga for stretching relaxing and recovery. Thanks for making the gym experience less intimidating!

Personal training with Andre has been a blessing for me! He is very personable, and knows his stuff! He was able to help me get back a lot of the strength that I lost! I love the space, I feel super welcomed and the staff are very encouraging ! THANKS APT. 5 stars recommend!:)
