We built a custom home and WFS was the supplier for all our plumbing fixtures. WFS was the most difficult supplier to work with during our build. When the time came to make our selections they gave us no opportunity to view the showroom due to Covid restrictions, only suggesting we view the website and choose from there. Other suppliers would allow us to make a private appointment where we had the entire store to ourselves wearing all PPE. Absolutely no accommodations were offered by WFS. We held off and delayed as long as we could for months hoping the situation would change. As our build progressed, WFS called us and said we need an answer immediately as to what bathtubs we wanted. We were forced to go with the builder standard as we had no other reference. After another month of waiting we were finally allowed into the showroom Once for one hour to make all our selections. They were helpful during the appointment and helped us make selections. On the other hand, many of our selections have not arrived yet, which I dont blame them for, and we were given a few “loaner” taps to make due with. Ultimately not a great experience, but a few qualities to prevent it from being a 1 star.

Since Granger has purchased them I have noticed the employee morale has gone down their stock levels have gone down And the overall warming inviting Company that used to be is no longer there As a company that uses them we purchased a product from them and it was only a couple months old used only twice and it had broke and a refused to get back to us on whether there was warranty or not It felt like they did not want to deal with it nor cared Our business

The front desk staff at Windsor Factory Supply are an incredible group of guys that go above and beyond. I have been dealing with them for some years now and never a bad experience. Mark, Scott and Milan are the definition of professional when it comes to customer service.

Not really happy with over all experience.Has issues with both my soaker tubs and one issue never was rectified to my satisfaction.Should not of had the problems that I had or be left with them.Reached out to the store several times but no one ever took my concerns seriously or took ownership.No follow upNo empathy or concern my issue is semi solved just closing my eyes to the issue would not recommend

Mark at the counter was great to deal with and they had a 40' ladder in stock. After searching everywhere in the city with no luck I'm glad I tried WFS. They will be my first stop next time!

For industrial facilities they have almost everything. My experience with their customer service is outstanding.Plumbing , fasteners, power and hand tools, they have a very large selection and is conveniently located close to ECRow.

WFS provided the plumbing fixtures for our new build. I really appreciate Victor, the branch manager, for making sure we received exactly what we had ordered. Very happy with the service!
