Excellent. We needed a new water heater. Called him in the morning around 9 am. He came a around 11am. In and out in an hour.

Very Rude By Telephone. Terrible manners. recommend elsewhere.

Cannot judge the quality of work, as after 3 not unreturned calls with messages, we gave up and chose a different plumber service. It is quite unfortunate, but the customer relations need to improve.

Got the call from my wife that our basement was flooded. I rushed home from the office to discover that she was right. I found the problem to bea faulty sump pump. I called Denis Morin in Candiac. He came within 45 minutes fully equipped. He found that the main drain was also blocked. In with a big rotor router and the job was soon done . Denis Morin Inc. know what they're doing and get the job done.

I would like to share my terrible experience with this plumber. We contacted Denis Morin in April 2021 for a natural gas water heater quote. In May, we accepted his quote and placed the order for 2 water heaters which were supposed to arrive in early June. In June, there were delays, but we were understanding, and actually placed an order for a 3rd water heater for someone in the condo. Then it became increasingly difficult to contact Mr. Morin. He kept telling us he would give us updates, but we never heard from him unless we called multiple times.By July, we still did not receive our water heaters. We started getting worried because he would make promises that he would call us the next day, but he never would. By the end of July, we told him that if we did not receive the 3 water heaters soon, that we would need to order elsewhere because our deadline was quickly approaching. He got upset and said we could not do this to him because he would be stuck with 3 water heaters at his own costs and that it would harm his business. He kept saying that he is an honest man and that he keeps all his promises, so we do not need to worry about him not completing this service order. So we agreed to keep waiting. But week after week, no news from him. After multiple calls, he finally picked up in August telling us he received our 3 water heaters! But he refused to give us an appointment for the installation right away. He said he would to call us back to book an appointment. That was the last time we heard from him. We were 3 people trying to desperately reach him for the installation of our water heaters, but he screened our calls and texts.By mid September, we gave up and placed an order for our water heaters elsewhere. The prices increased tremendously from April to September. So it was a very sad outcome for us 3. We got stuck ordering water heaters at a much higher price with a stressful and short deadline. Denis Morin was incredibly dishonest with us. Although he may be a skilled plumber, he is not a man of his word. We believe he kept the 3 water heaters to sell them at their new market value (50% increase) to other customers to make a lot more money than he would have made with us with his original quote from April 2021.

We called this company as a second resort. Our hot water tank needed to be changed and the initial appointed company refused to do the job, stating that one of our pipes was not properly positioned. Mr. Morin arrived on site and the tank was changed in an hour, with no pipes alterations! He has been very courteous and the service was flawless. We also appreciate the extra mile from his assistant who cleaned the water which was on the floor following the removal of the old tank. We were very impressed with their service level. We also had a water hammer effect in the bathroom, so we asked, if they would have time to take a look, they actually fixed the problem. The service was absolutely worth the call and the price was fair and truly justified. We were under a time sensitive situation and this company has responded promptly and professionally to our needs.

Service not rendered. Water heaters were ordered months in advance, but plumber never showed up to complete his work. He is known to screen his calls and dissapear on his customers when he decides he no longer wants to deal with them especially when there is an issue he does not want to address. We waited months to receive our water heaters, but finally Denis Morin never showed up or returned our calls. We wasted months of our time and energy on this plumber. I do not recommend
