The owners get to know you by name, and they are experts who happily explain every aspect of the jewelry-buying process. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our rings, and the staff is more than willing to clean and re-size your jewelry to ensure you continue to enjoy it. I highly recommend Princess to anybody who wants a *real* friend in the diamond business.

I am just in love with this jewelry shop and the family that owns it. My fiancé bought my engagement ring here in 2019. Absolutely beautiful and he had the best experience picking out my diamond and setting with them. With the pandemic in 2020 we delayed our wedding and are getting married finally next week. My amazing fiancé decided to upgrade my ring for our upcoming wedding and I picked it up yesterday. I am floored. They set the most incredible emerald cut diamond into the most gorgeous setting and I am just in love. The best part is that they made my original diamond into a necklace for me. Best experience, quality and I love that it is a locally owned family business. Thank you so much, I was bawling after picking up my rings yesterday. These guys can pretty much make anything you want. They are actual legit jewelers…I’m not sure if you could find someone more capable or knowledgeable. ♥️♥️

Working with this family business to find and buy an engagement ring was beyond wonderful. This wasn't only one of the best jewelry buying experiences I've ever had, but one of the best buying experiences I've had period. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to Princess for their jewelry needs. I was primarily helped by Jacob, but his father was also a wealth of knowledge. The pricing was also completely fair in my opinion. They are very transparent and I never once got a whiff of sales tactics, the entire time they were focused on me, and my soon to be fiance. They took the time to actually learn about us and our needs. Our young family will be forever grateful!

I got two watches fixed at Princess Jewelry after doing some online research. They did a wonderful job and one in particular was a very sentimental piece, my mother’s watch from the 1950’s, and I was thrilled that they could actually repair it. They are lovely and attentive people and you are in good hands!

Phenomenal family owned jewelry store. They can get anything you can think of and I loved talking through different rings ideas and options with John and Suheyla before settling on the final thing. It's so nice to have such a personalized experience and get to know the owners every time I stop by to get my ring cleaned.

My wife and I have been using Princess Jewelers for over 30 years. They are by far the best Jewelers in the twin cities. They are a value store with high-quality merchandise they warranty their products. Once, my wife lost a diamond from a recently purchased ring. We brought the ring into the owner, John. He looked at it and immediately repaired the ring and replaced the diamond . No questions asked. This was great customer service. They are ethical and honest. It is without hesitation or reluctance that I fully recommend Princes Jewelers . Now our children use them too. A few wedding rings have recently been purchased from them .
