Highly highly recommend. Superb and professional communication from Mathieu the manager.I had ordered two maids to come and clean for 3 hours however one of the maids called in sick last minute. Not only did he find a new maid, he personally brought her to my place.Now that shows dedication to customer service.But what about the actual cleaning? Well all I can say is.. WOW. Not only did the two maids do an AMAZING job at cleaning my place, they were highly efficient and were super friendly!If you need your place cleaned, don't even hesitate. Call em up. Was my first time using their service and certainly won't be the last.

They didn't show up to the appointment, even though I had called them to confirm. They don't answer their numbers or emails. Got a call 30 min after the service was meant to start telling me the service is canceled. Don't recommend this service.

I had a bad experience. Person did a 4 hour cleaning and I was surprised that not much was done in this time. To make matters worse, no one showed up the second visit and I had to leave my trip early to come back ( I wasn’t told until 1.5 hours after the start time that they weren’t coming.) was offered a feee cleaning plus refund- still haven’t received the refund even though the assistant keeps saying I will get it. Person did not show up for the free cleaning at 11am. Poor service. Hopefully I will received my refund soon. Super disappointed. Also to mention I paid more hiring a company expecting that this sort of thing wouldn’t happen.

Highly recommend! They did a fantastic job and were very friendly and personable! They cleaned spots that I wouldn't have even thought of cleaning and even took care of the dirt between my patio doors! And swept up the back deck! And cleaned the front door! I will definitely be using their services again!

It was my first experience with Rapid Nette 2 and I have to say the person who came to clean was professional and polite. She did a fantastic job. I am now getting a deep cleaning and looking forward to having the help I need with cleaning my apartment.

This was my first time using Rapide 2 Nette cleaning service.But before booking the cleaning I had many questions as it was my first time using a cleaning service. Matt was always kind and patient. He was easy to reach and made the process very convenient.we booked 2 people for 3 hours Deep cleaning. the crew arrived on time. one of them could speak both English and French which was convenient as I don't speak French.they were professional and accomodating!we needed them for longer than we had booked for and Matt was kind enough to arrange for them to come back. overall great experience!

The staff is nice and polite. I was asked exactly what i want to be cleaned and how. House was all clean and organized after they were finished.
