Shoppers Drug Mart

I frequently have my parcels delivered to the Canada Post outlet at this particular location. It is downtown and convenient to swing-by and pick up my packages. Additionally, the mens' grooming and personal care options are both wide in scope and competitive in pricing. I would definately recommend Shoppers Drug Mart to family and friends. Thank you.

Customer service from its pharmacy was terrible. Called to verify I could give them my vials to dispose of and was told yes, but I came in and a very rude lady explicitly told me NO to my face because “I could do it myself.” It was very clear she did not care to help me. Very irritated I went all they way there to be told no very rudely.

Shoppers Drug Mart was a nice convenience store located inside the mall which I think is very ingenious it provides a nice place to buy some convenient store items at a fairly reasonable cost I bought a t there in my kids bought some toys and a few snacks her staff were helpful and they had a wide variety things to buy

My family was stuck in the cancelled flight/airport mess just before Christmas and my husband needed more of his medication. I want to thank Mona, who went above and beyond to help us. She was truly fantastic.

DON'T SHOP HEREYou just lost one of the best customers you've ever had.I'll start by stating that I understand that there is probably a lot of theft happening at this store because if it's location. That does not give the workers the right to harass someone.My girl comes to your store several times a month and uses her own nondispsable bag to carry her items around till she gets to the counter. This has never been a problem in doing this before. But instead of asking her not to use her own bag they accused her of stealing and had multiple security guards chase her into the parking lot demanding to tell them her name.She may fit a profile because she wears her hood up occasionally while shopping because of a social anxiety disorder. I'm not sure how else they discriminate customers. She wears clean clothes, is friendly with strangers when in the right head space... and (I hate that this is part of how they judge people) she's white.If carrying items in your own grocery bag is not allowed, be polite and ask her not to. Don't chase her into the parking lot. Make her so upset that she can't stop crying. She's then feels like she can't even go to her car because of how they pursued her. It's best she didn't drive because of how upset they made her.DON'T SHOP HEREps. Everything is overpriced anyway

Overall good. But some price tags were outdated and they refuse to correct them or honour them. The meal supplements section was almost barren. The pharmacists were helpful and timely, though.

I'm very disappointed by my most recent visit. The serving pharmacist read aloud the various drug names, doses, and cost in front of several other customers leaving me feeling rather embarrassed. This information is supposed to be private, does this not contravene with HIPAA policy? Despite that, I have had good service in the past, this was just offensive.

The beautiful women in the beauty boutique is an absolute saint helped me fix some make up troubles! Highly recommend

Worst service ever. As a trans person picking up a HOROMONE prescription, gets misgendered, my prescription only partially filled and then told that one of my prescriptions doesn't exist when I've picked it up through other shoppers for almost a year. When I called the pharmacy to ask what was going on they were rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I understand that there is transfer time and sometimes things don't work but it's not *my* problem to fix. I was nothing but cooperative and was treated terribly. Do better.

I’ve transferred all my husbands and my own prescriptions to another pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is not friendly and welcoming at all. They make me feel like I’m bothering them just filling a prescription. Also the staff turn around seems to be constant so what does that say about the management of the pharmacy. Definitely not the level of care I’d like to have from my pharmacy
