Arrived and asked for a table for 9. Place was not busy. Was told we could sit in the bar but it had to be all one bill. Never had that before. They made an exception" for this. It was so cold in the restaurant that the kids were almost in tears. In the bathroom - Toilets wouldn't flush

First experience was worst. General Manager called and requested me to give them second chance. We did, but no improvements. We are big fan of Boston Pizza, but this location is the worst we ever visited... neighbourhood cities have much better locations for Boston Pizza

Not super impressed sadly. Food was okay, nothing overly special, but it was more so the service. The place is run by what seems teenagers? No smiles. No connection whatsoever. That definitely makes the experience less likely to return. There are much better restaurants in Milton that give great service something to work on.

Disappointing Experience at Boston Pizza - Milton, Maple AveRating: 2/5 starsI visited the Boston Pizza location in Milton on Maple Ave today at around 7:00 PM, hoping for a pleasant dining experience after a long day. Unfortunately, I was met with disappointment, as this is the second time in a row that I have encountered the same issue.Upon entering the restaurant, we were immediately informed by a staff member that they were only serving drinks due to ongoing maintenance in the kitchen. While I understand that maintenance is necessary, I can't help but be frustrated by the lack of communication from the restaurant. There were no signs on the door or any mention of this on their website, so we were completely unaware of the situation until we arrived.This exact same thing happened to us last month, and we were hoping that the issue would have been resolved by now. It's disheartening to see a potentially great restaurant like Boston Pizza fail in this aspect, as proper communication could have saved us the time and effort of coming in.In terms of the service, the staff member who informed us of the situation was polite, but it doesn't make up for the inconvenience we experienced. As we were not able to try any food, I can't comment on the quality of the dishes, but I hope that the management addresses these issues in the future.In conclusion, I am giving the Boston Pizza location in Milton on Maple Ave 2 stars due to the poor communication and the inconvenience caused by their kitchen maintenance. While I appreciate the need for maintenance, there should be better efforts to inform potential diners in advance. Due to these repeated incidents, we have decided not to return to this location in the future. I hope they improve their communication and ensure that such incidents do not occur repeatedly for the sake of their other customers.

The place was not clean but the service was good and fast. Pizza, I found it a bit salty for my taste, and cheesecake was very dry. I will not say more... but overall, I will just give 2 stars. They need to clean more

My mom and I went for dinner at this location and had a great experience! The service was kind and attentive. They are also great about food sensitivities!Thank you for the wonderful experience, if we are in Milton again, we will certainly be back!

Avoid coming to this location. Since they changed management they have severely gone downhill. Their customer service is beyond subpar. They never answer their phones. They consistently close early (do not rely on their google hours). Really disappointed with the lack of consistency and professionalism at this location. I will be going to the Mississauga location moving forward.

Food was overall amazing!, unfortunately my mom got the chicken parm and was undercooked and felt like rubber. When we told our waitress he said “i know” so it’s obviously happened many times before. And because it was undercooked my mom got food poisoning.

I arrived at this specific location at 8:25pm on Sunday June 18th, which was Father's Day. I don't know if they closed early because of the special occasion, but regardless, I walked in at 8:25pm and asked for a table for 2. The girl said that the kitchen was closed because they close at 9:30pm?? First of all, why are you closing the kitchen OVER AN HOUR EARLY? But to add to this, I am just now checking the times they are open, and Google says they close at 11:00pm. Talk about lazy staff.

We ordered take out here on a Friday night and we didn't have to wait too long. The food was ready in 20 minutes and the person who took the order was very friendly and helpful. The food was also packaged well for the ride home and even though it's winter it did retain some of its heat. He ordered to pizza (herbivore pizza) and wings combo. We also ordered the cactus fries and spinach and artichoke dip. We were only 3 people and this meal lasted us 3 days. I really liked the pizza and that they have the meatless crumbles. The cactus fries were my favorite but they're always a crowd pleaser. I was a bit disappointed by the spinach and artichoke dip since it was dry and very dense, but I think it probably would have been better at the restaurant. Look forward to our next takeout night here!
