Here I am again to post another review for this idiotic so called company. I don't know how you have managed to stay in business for this many years, the way you handle your customer service is a joke. I've called you and left you 5 messages now and have yet to had 1 call returned. You managed to be able to cash my checks for a job you had yet to complete. Just do the right thing and finish your work.

The Best Kayak/Henden Swimming Pool Repair company there is. He'll fix your pool, with better materials, and cheaper, than Kayak Pools ever will!

Bob and his team have been working on the pool at our home since he built it for the original owners. So you would think he would know everything about the pool he constructed. Unfortunately that isn't the case. We had Bob and Co come out and replace my liner and on the first attempt to install it they noticed that the dimensions of the liner weren't correct so we had to push it back to get the right size. Finally comes to install the new liner. And completes that portion of it. But leaves the hoses to my filter and pump disconnected, which I had to connect myself. He also didn't install my stairs or ladder to get out of the pool, which I had to do again myself. But the thing that really bothered me was the fact that he had no problem cashing my checks before he finished the job to completion, and also the fact I've called him 5 times now and he doesn't have any brass to return my calls.I will definitely be looking for a new pool company to service our family in the very near future.
