My brand new Samsung dryer was not working when received, Samsung appointed their repairer, Northern Electronics to warranty. No one answers phones, NE Receptionist finally called and was argumentative stating warranty was voided as both dryer and washer was stacked. Refused to send technician, called Samsung again and they stated I needed to unstack the dryer unit before service could be provided. Told them if they had disclosed it on website or disclaimer I wouldn’t have purchased that unit, worse part they said it was damaged by delivery company.This would have to be the worst customer service ever by both companies. Returned that garbage and Northern Electronics need to revisit their customer service department.

Very good experience. Roger from NEAS was very thorough, professional and prompt in completing our oven repair. Checked over everything and made sure the job was completed right. Reasonable price considering parts were ordered and a return visit was needed. Two days from initial diagnosis to ordering parts and completing repair is outstanding.

I live in Huntsville and needed to have my refrigerator looked at I contacted a bunch of local Businesses to see if they could help long story short I was told by several people that the fridge is not worth repairing I should go get another one. I found this more than ridiculous as my fridge is only 7 years old. I thought to myself there is no way that I am going to give up on this. I did some more calling around and was actually able to connect with Northern Electronic in Barrie. I asked if they would come and have a look at my fridge and they said absolutely. Considering no one in Huntsville or surrounding area would even do that. They came from Barrie told me what I thought the problem was a new compressor which is still 1/3 the price of a new fridge with the same features. They were here when they said they would be and even called 20 minutes before hand to they would arrive within 20 minutes. They replaced the Compressor that no repairman in Huntsville even wanted to look at replaced it tested it for any leaks and the job was completed in 2 hours. I would and will recommend Northern Electronics to anyone that needs a repair without any hesitation. They were 100 percent in fixing my fridge

We had the best experience with Brandon. This man did everything he could to get our brand new fridge back up and running. He went over and above to make himself available to repair once the proper part came. Highly recommend and ask for Brandon. We love him!❤️
