The service from this location is the worst, I am doing the third party deposit and I have been doing it in the past 13 months with other RBC locations, however, this location branch manager and the assistant refused me to deposit the cheque without even any reasonable reason.this location is not to help the RBC customer, they are trying their best to give the customer headache.

Worst Branch and laziest staff works there.I have business across this branch and I thought this would be the most convenient bank. Went there to open the business account but no one cared. Staff there collecting pay for nothing. RBC lost my business because of poor customer service.I opened my account with BMO close to this branch.

My God . Can I give a zero star . Only branch that give problems the their customers . So many questions and they have no respect to customers time ... Been an RBC vlicli for over 11 years and this branch is right next to my house . But sad to say ,I prefer to drive further then dealing with this branch .

Dealt with 2 consultants there. No emails answered. No scheduled calls received. If you go in person got prepared to potentially be bullied. If you want good bank for your business run from this place. Funny enough when I got there for my last appointment all 4 business consultants were gathered in one room laughing and seem to be having a good time. Nothing against workers enjoying themselves but the whole picture tells me something else. It’s hard as a client think that my fees are being used to pay lazy workers. If no stars were an option that would by mine.
