The 'Green Orbit Series Gaming Chair' was a great purchase. I was looking for a larger chair to sit in when doing my university work at my desk in my room and this works perfectly. It is comfy, easily adjustable and the seat fits under my work desk (which is fairly short in terms of leg room). I recommend this chair to anyone who will be sitting at a desk for long periods of time.

Bought Orbit Series Gaming Chair With Massage Lumbar Pillow & 3D Armrest chair last week for wife and she liked it a lot especially the massage Massage Lumbar Pillow. It's a really good chair very comfortable and one can spend hours on this. Wide enough, adjustable hand rest and good value for money especially for tall people. Do try these in the office first before you buy it and if you cannot definitely recommended.On the side note: there are other gaming chairs available in the same price range too but they offer is standard chairs. This chair gives you everything for much less. So go for it.

I just bought a 1996 series gaming chair and I LOVE IT! The product itself is extremely well built the chair looks perfect and you can not find a wonderful chair like this, at its price point !

Absolutely worst customer service. I purchased orbit series chair a month ago. There is a small piece missing in the box. I have sent several emails about it and called 7,8 times and every time they give some BS reason why they still have not shipped it and then hang up. I still do not have that missing part and they are still not responding to my calls and emails. Really bad customer service and chair is ok. The worst thing they did is give me a reason that the missing piece won’t affect your seating. So, they are taking it very casually and not concerned about unsatisfied customer.Update after 6 months - After several calls and emails still not received the part and customer service is really bad. They have given various kind of excuses including ’ missing piece will not affect your seating’. Absolute horrendous response to a paying customer.

The best and comfiest seat ever. We did try multiple chairs at the store and decided to get this one. Not disappointed at all!!It's easy to assemble and I enjoy sitting on it for very long hours. The pillows are so comfy. The adjustable seat and arm rests and are the best! Definitely worth the price. The sales guy was very nice to us. We enjoy the chair! Love it.

Bought the Osiris gamer bunny chair today and omg what an upgrade! The seat has a full metal frame giving it nice rigidity and strength plus I can lock it in a perfect position for the seat back like a car seat as well as lock the tilt. Add in the vibrating back cushion it's bliss!

I am delighted with my purchase, it was delivered less than 24 hours, thanks to Frankie!The chair was heavy but it’s a great chair for the price.Aesthetically it’s look stylish and elegant. The design is ergonomic for a comfortable fit.The massage roller, air pillow pressure, the reclining mechanism and the controller all works perfectly. I just wish that there is a heat setting. I was impressed with the zero reclining function. It is very smooth and quite.The auto massage programs are great. The manual massage functions are excellent.I just hope that I won’t encounter any problem.I would recommend the chair without hesitation.

I found the store by chance and bought 1 gaming chair 3 weeks ago. The chair was very easy to assemble, not hard as I thought. It seems pretty durable and comfortable. My working day is longer than before since I am able to seat more than 13 hours per day thanks to the new chair. Highly recommend it if you are still confused about the quality of the product.
