Innovative Communication Integration
They dismantled 2 tvs and one home theatre system. They moved them to a house about 6 blocks away. They put up the tvs and installed the home theatre system. The wires are outside the wall at our request so basically easy installation. The home theatre system is not connected. They said I'm sure if you play around with it, you'll get it to work. The whole procedure cost me $800. I thought they had experience with home theatre systems. I was wrong.

Christina and team were great to work with. I ordered a TV for our home; very happy with it. Innovative was able to provide us with quality TV at competitive rates. Jan, one of their Tech's, very friendly and installed and set-up TV without any hiccups. Efficient, approachable and competitive. We received a quote a clearly detailed all the work to be done. When the work was done, it was better than expected and the final bill was $60 less than the quote. Jesse made sure to leave the room immaculate. Everything was completely professional and the sound was fantastic. Very happy with the service.

Jesse was great. He installed a wall mount TV over the fireplace and ran all the necessary cables. Helped us with our satellite reception as well. Called them back to wire the wall mount TV in our living room as well. Jesse and the trainee also ran cables for hardwiring the new desk for internet. Everything looks and works great. Couldn’t be happier. Recommend this company for all your satellite and home theatre needs.

Called and booked an appointment with Christina, was able to get a quote over the phone, and she was able to fit me in the schedule within that week!The techs Jesse and Ben did an amazing job setting up my TV, my living room looks 10 times better than it did before! Working with Innovative was easy from the very start, I was able to get an appointment booked with no hassle.As for the appointment, they did an amazing job repairing an previous TV mount installation from another company and also installed the soundbar and mount to perfectly align with the TV.The pricing was what easily sold me as well, they only charged me half of what I was expecting to pay but the quality is more than I could have hoped for.Gladly would recommend this company to friends and family.

Jay worked over time and went above and beyond to make my entire system work like a dream. He took it from a dysfunctional mess to working perfectly. The receptionist was efficient and responsive in booking the appointment for me so I was up and running in no time.I would use them again and again in the future without hesitation. 5 stars!

Christina and Jesse were able to not only help us get our internet set up to allow for the multiple devices in our household to stream while others game online simultaneously, Jesse was also able to recommend some games that he thought we may enjoy. Very friendly staff, amazing service.
