Go see Miguel at this location!! I am a customer service manager and really appreciate good customer service. Miguel has it in spades. He acknowledged me as soon as I came in, he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I might have to steal him if I have a position open up :)

They have the greatest manager, Kelsi knows her job very well as well as the customer’s need.

I own a painting company, and out of all the stores I've been to, this is one of the best. Pretty consistent for colour matches.

Went in to have a colour matched that I purchased a few years back. Upon walking in, there was no acknowledgement I had entered the store, despite seeing me enter. Staff member remained in the back until I voiced the fact I needed assistance. I brought the original can of paint I needed matched. They said they cannot do it as their system has changed and if they try they cannot guarantee it will match. Seemed rather odd to me considering it’s their brand of paint. The interaction wasn’t the greatest and they were extremely unhelpful with alternative solutions.Went to the Waterloo location and they did it immediately and said yes their system has changed, but it isn’t complicated and they did it there in less than 10 minutes. Waterloo said the Kitchener Fairway location is known to do this.Will not be back to Fairway, and will be dealing with Waterloo from now on.

Asked if they had a product for painting metal, but then asked what type of paint I wanted for some reason? Won't sell that kind without an account and didn't even try to find a way to help. Seems they had no interest in getting my business.

Kelsi is amazing! She knows what she's talking about and is super friendly.

Staff was very helpful, they talked several options through with me and when I couldn't decide on a colour they sent me home with a swatch book.
