A very good and highly recommended workshop for a variety of services. Staff is good, and they treat you and your car responsibly. Mr. Suri is very helpful in recommending the service that is needed, plus charges are quite reasonable as well.

So I called last Tues to get my ac repaired and a tune up on my car, they said they were too busy but if I can drop car off, they will have time to look at it tomorrow morning, so that's what I did. When I called to find out about repairs needed next day, they said they were too busy to check it because someone called in sick. I understood and left my car overnight a 2nd night. At end of 3rd day, when I came to pickup car, service desk guy just lol that they didn't have time to even inspect my car. This right after cashing out another customer for an oil change right in front on me. So they have time to do oil changes for their regulars but don't have time to do any real mechanical work. If they were honest about being too busy earlier on instead of making empty promises and holding my car overnight, I'm sure I would find a more competent shop elsewhere to do a tuneup over 2 full days. Avoid this place like the plague, there's no quality here!

After going to different auto shops in Brampton, we are so glad to have found a place we trust. They do not rip you off or advertise unnecessary services if your car doesn't need it, unlike other shops. They're honest, reliable and that is why for any car troubles we always come back to this place. The price is competitive and decent for the services they offer. The waiting area is cozy and they practice social distancing at the same time have hand sanitizers for the customers. Thank you to the team!

One of the best Auto work shops i have used.

I have been going to Quality Car Repairs and Mufflers for years and never have been disappointed with their reasonably priced services. My recent Service was a 4-wheel alignment on my Cadillac SRX, JD was the technician that worked on my vehicle. He explained a challenge he came across and told me he was going to work on it to get it corrected, and that's exactly what he did! Fantastic work and he does his job with passion and fixed the issue completely! Great Job JD!

The professional and quick service is something we all look for. This place has delivered that type of service. The gentleman at the front desk that you speak is always to the point and never strays from what you would like to have done or need to get done. I recommend this place to anyone especially for the quality of work that's presented with each visit.I've always done oil changes here and some other work. And they have always managed to complete each task with little to no issues. These guys know their stuff.Thank you to the team at quality!!

I asked the attendant to be careful when lifting my car on the hoist as it is very old and brittle. I asked that he use a strong and secure spot. He ended up crushing my rocker panes on both sides which I will now have to get fully replaced at a cost of $1,200I was also charged a very high fee for just welding in a single peice of pipe to my muffler.For comparison I've paid $60-80 for a similar muffler repair in the past.This place charged me $150 and the bend they added to the tailpipe was very unprofessional.

I almost always do all my own car repairs. I am a mechanical engineer and have tool and die trade papers as well so I am hands on as well as knowledgeable on how things work. I found this shop years ago to get a vehicle certified. I have used them since as my exclusive auto shop since then. They are honest and have very fair pricing. Always experienced great service from them. Wait times can be longer but then I appreciate that the work is not rushed and I also know that things take longer than expected at times.Because they are so reasonably priced, last time I had them do a wheel bearing replacement instead of doing it myself.Have recommended to coworkers as it’s rare to find shops like this nowadays.Any of those 1 star ratings are clearly fake or the issue is with the customer is my honest opinion.
