Great people to work with

While they did provide a good price for car insurance, they failed to tell us important information regarding the licensing process which would have saved us significant funds when registering our out-of-province vehicles

Good customer service but they weren't able to insure me for about a month due to a backlog of clients.

I would not recommend this company. At initial contact, they requested me to fill out several forms of information, which I promptly completed, and I have a clean, A+ insurance history. I was then told I would get a quote in the next day or two and after multiple attempts did not ever respond back to me, even after I explained that even if they don't want my business to at least just let me know. I went with CAA and am very happy with the service and responsiveness.

Contacted them multiple times after filling out the preliminary forms they asked me to fill out, and despite many attempts did not ever reply back. Very unprofessional, a complete waste of my time - would not recommend.

When looking for auto insurance we filled out the online application. I called the Summerside location for 2 weeks as they are the only number listed on Google. For 2 weeks we got nothing but a run around and that someone would call us back. We never received a call. I finally got to the broker and they directed me to the Charlottetown number. I called Charlottetown to find out that they do not have our application active. They mentioned that they would call back within 30 minutes as they had to talk to their IT guy to find it again in their system. I never received a call back. I do not recommend this business or quality of business to anyone. They had all the numbers to contact both me and my wife and never did. If that is what they are like opening an insurance policy, I would hate to see what they are like when you submit a claim.

Had questions about my policy when I had a claim called in a couple times the lady I spoke with was friendly but she could not answer my questions she said she would have the owner call me I said I would rather not talk with him due to a past experience. A couple weeks later I got registered mail from him cancelling my policy . Very unprofessional. Worked out well for me ended up finding cheaper insurance. Stay away from this place.

Crooks. The end you'll get ripped off by this company loyalty for years means nothing
