Really good inspection company with competitive prices. Their inspectors are really nice and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them to everyone. They also give a very detailed report as well.

I will never recommend Cabin to Castle to any of my clients or anyone I know. I bought a house 1.5 years ago and after their inspection gave this house a clean bill of health" I've had the following pre-existing issues that they missed become major problems............ The basement foundation had a massive crack that was leaking water and the interior wall studs were completely rotted out. Had they done the proper water test this would have been discovered quite easily......... The furnace died because they failed to mention that it's 40 years old

I recently had the folks from Cabin To Castle come out to inspect my acreage property, and let me tell you, Cody Clarke and Tim Seivewright did a fantastic job! From start to finish, they made the whole process a breeze.Cody and Tim showed up right on time and were ready to go with all their gear. But what really stood out was how friendly and easygoing they were. They made me feel comfortable right away, like I was chatting with old friends.During the inspection, these guys were like Sherlock Holmes. They left no corner unexplored, checking everything from the roof to the foundation, and everything in between. It was impressive to see how thorough they were. They even took the time to explain things to me in plain English, answering all my questions with patience.The inspection report I received was a gold mine of information. It was well-organized and had clear photos of all the important stuff. It's been a great reference for me as I make decisions about the property.All in all, my experience with Cabin To Castle and their inspectors, Cody Clarke and Tim Seivewright, was top-notch. They're professional when it counts, but also down-to-earth and approachable. If you need a home inspection, these are the folks to call. You won't be disappointed!

We paid about 600 dollars then they missed some issues. Big issue was broken bathtub. We didn’t know we had bath then water came to pantry. So we had to fix. It was cost over 3000. Other issues are doesn’t work fire place and one burner doesn’t work either. They are bad job. I don’t recommend this company. 0 star.

They were very efficient with the inpsection and gave us a good verbal review as well as good detail and pictures of any potential problems in the report. They also gave good suggestions on maintenance, and what to check for in the future.

Shawn and Mike were absolutely amazing. They were so thorough and explained everything in great detail. The report we received was fantastic, it had step by step pictures with suggestions and links to how to fix it. Very impressed with the quality of service received.
