I visited this store 2 days ago to buy something and I checked their company website prices and found they are selling some at higher prices some of the items! I spoke with one of their store members and I asked them to explain to me why their prices are different from their website and ask them to make a price match but they said you can decide to buy here or online!

Terrible time trying to communicate with them.I ordered a wheelchair on Sunday May 29th. I was assured by the customer service rep that they would need to order it and it would only be available on Tuesday. Not only have they not called back, I cannot even get through to the store's maze-like automated voice system. Ridiculous.

Nobody knows what is going on. Bought orthopedic socks. Manufactured sent a mismatch pair after waiting 6 weeks. Not store fault yet. I returned them, to be sent back to manufacture. I returned to check on the status, girl spoke to manager and I was told socks had been sent to manufacture. 2 weeks later I returned for an update. Socks were still in the drawer never sent to manufacture. I was buying an expensive knee brace for rt. knee. Lady gave me a box and said to try it on. As trying it on I read the instructions. She gave a left knee brace for right knee. When I mentioned it she did not know there was a difference. Brace looks it can fit on either leg. Be prepared for frustration.

If you need a CPAP machine be sure to see Tamer Attica. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and patient. He took the time to carefully explain everything to my husband and I, which made the whole process much easier than expected. He was professional, yet approachable and always available when we needed him. We look forward to dealing with him in the future.

Needed equipment for post total knee replacement surgery. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the store manager , Joanne, was kind enough to personally drop off equipment that I couldn’t pick up. Thank you for your kindness ❤️

If I could I would give 0 stars. Ordered compression tights for 150 $. The woman told me they will arrive in few days... After 1 month of waiting I still don't have them...

I took my Mother here today and being a Sunday there it wasn’t busy. The one lady completely ignored us and we walked up and down the Isles looking for a specific item. The other lady behind the counter was just as helpful. We didn’t purchase anything nor would we recommend anyone trying to seek help look for it there. Heres an Idea? Put in self serve lanes and omit the workers you might get better reviews.

Just a shoutout to Joanna & her staff. I needed to order a compression full sleeve arm. Joanna order a couple after measurements to make sure I had the proper fit. All staff were amazing & very friendly all times I was there. Very happy with the service I received.

I have been waiting since May to Order a CPAP machine. The only email responses i have recieved from wellwise are basically we are looking into it then nothing. Next excuse was the coop went back to school and they would check when back in the office the next day. That was 2 months ago and none of my emails since then have been responded to. Terrible customer service.

I reserved a transport chair for my mother, visiting for her 80th b/day weekend from the UK.Ordered 10 days in advance, went to pick it up 2 days before. They had cancelled the order without even calling me. They were not able to help, punted it to the manager for the next day who I had asked to call me first thing in the morning. By 1130 nobody had called me. I was lucky enough to get a chair at IDA on Truscott Drive. How can this company cancel a wheelchair rental without even calling the customer? Will never use this company again.
