Never going back there ever again! Horrible eyebrow waxing experience! They are rude and don't know how to wax eyebrow properly. Wouldn't trust these women with any hair removal at all.

Do not go there. They do not care about their clients. I took my mom there on Mother’s Day and they were over booked. It seemed like they had part time staff on who had no idea what they were doing. They rushed through and did a horrible job applying shellac, did not shape my nails or work on dry skin. I mentioned it before leaving, she said there was nothing she could do. I phoned to complain afterwards. Stating that my Mom did not recieve a lotion application nor a hot towel. Her lady was done fifteen minutes before mine. The lady on the phone said my mom must have “forgot”. She did not. I asked to speak to the manager, she lied about the manager not being present, when I know for a fact that she was there as we had just left. She then hung up on me when I asked for her name.I will not be returning. Super disappointing experience. Both a waste of time and money.

Tina the most horrible and unprofessional person working at TOP Nails Strathcona location, she tells my 17 year daughter to get lost and leave after my daughter complains that the shape of her nails is not what she wants and then snaps her nail filer on the counter abusing in her language and gets up and walks away. Way to go management and owners who do not care and have lost 2 paying customers for life......BEWARE LADIES DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

The absolute best nail salon! The ladies here are so kind and so lovely and it’s never a miss with my nails. Short, long, nail designs, they do it all and I love the TLC that comes with a pedi. Always willing to chat if you want and if you just need some quiet time they respect that, too. Love it here.

Worst service ever. After asking me why I just want removal and not new colour (none of her business) and asking me where I had the last treatment none, she proceeded to massacre my nails. She used the rotary tool while poking me with her pointy nails, flopping me around like she was handling meat. Now I have no thickness to my nails, they are pink and translucent, and they hurt and split. I cut them and right to the tip and applying Nail Envy nonstop till they grow back. Ouch. I will never go there again - I said this before to myself but I mean it this time. So inconsistent.

Mani/pedi was perfect! Very reasonably priced and can always accommodate.

The staff were very friendly and eased my nerves. I was getting acrylic nails for the first time today and they came out beautifully! However, my main concern was the patience of the workers, as a first time for acrylic nails, they seemed to ignore my concerns at times as opposed to addressing them, the language barrier between us also impeded ability to communicate. Overall, the quality of the nails was good and I would recommend them despite minor mishaps.

The staff are not very polite.The pedicure was not good,I had to trmmy nails after I got home.I had told her I wanted them short.Also they do a poor cuticle removal.Always are rushed and just want the job done quickly.I have been many times but not going again.

I am very disappointed with this service! Every time I go there, I typically get this stuphid aggressive eyebrow technician lady to wax my eyebrows instead of other technicians. This stuphid aggressive eyebrow technician lady is always rude and aggressive towards me. I went to get my eyebrows done today and this stuphid aggressive eyebrow technician lady kept telling me to stop moving and to keep my eyes closed, and I did! I remained calm, and my eyes were closed the whole time (even while she was pressing her thumb so hard on my eyeball)! I barely moved! This stuphid aggressive eyebrow technician lady pulled my skin off and pulled so much hair out of my left eyebrow. Now, I have a scar! Instead of apologizing for her mistake, this stuphid aggressive eyebrow technician lady blames it on me! She tells me that I should have kept my eyes closed, and I did! I'm not going back there again!

I've been here a few times and each time the environment is clean and comfortable. The staff are professional, kind, and very skilled. They care about how your nails look and don't just do the bare minimum. Highly reccomend!
