Optimum Health Vitamins

Lots of previous reviews have stated about customer service concerns, but after my first visit here today, that was NOT the case for me. Was asked by 2 associates shortly after walking in if I required any assistance. Lots of selection - found products here that I had been looking for out of town & online for a while now. Fair prices, some good sale items too. When I needed additional help, staff was there ready and willing to help! Thanks - I’ll be back again!

I had brought a liquid vitamin D, and the dropper broke within two months. I expected no issue getting a replacement however, I was in the informed that I was not able to get a replacement.I am not concerned about a return policy that’s 30 days when I had had this bottle for 60 days and it’s meant to last for months. The company should protect against faulty productsThe bottle literally sat on my counter, and was never dropped or touched in a rough way, and it broke.I was also going to buy hundreds of dollars of the supplements that I needed to replace but I will take my business elsewhere.It is concerning to me when a manager is present in the reasonable request, and does not have the authority to address it in reasonable way

This health store is a gem, staple, and just plain pleasure to drop in. Whenever I need an informed opinion on a product, I receive optimal (ha ha!) customer service. The people that work at OHV are helpful and very pleasant. The woman that helped me most recently answered my question about product availability which I greatly appreciated. The store is also well-maintained and stocked with amazing stuff.

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. OH has products you cannot find elsewhere. Simply the best.

The person who helped me choose the Om product was exceptional in her knowledge. She was very careful to understand what I wanted. Very pleased.
