Had the pleasure of eating here during their French Cuisine setting. 8 course meal! Serving size was adequate that we were quite full but not stuffed at the end. Our servers were fantastic, very knowledgeable about the various prepared foods we enjoyed. The atmosphere was simple, and plain, but pleasing. The table setting was amazing. And the food, and drinks, incredible. Although it is just over a 2 hour jaunt from Regina, I would guarantee anyone wanting to impress someone with a great experience, it is worth the drive. We personally are very much looking forward to returning and eating there again.

What a great dinner experience my wife and I enjoyed here last night! Delightful front end staff that were very knowledgeable and engaging! The food quality is exceptionally amazing and each course was thoughtfully presented and balanced perfectly! You really gotta eat at this place if you’re into killer food prepared with the utmost attention to detail! We will be back! Brave chef Chad and bravo Trigo!

Best international food concept and it's right here in the middle of this great country! We have read the tasting notes (should be a book offering on Amazon!) eaten our way through each of the menus for each of the countries as they have been presented. Love the photo food and the concept of a well planned, changing menu.

Somehow, travelling to somewhere relatively remote like Lafleche has absolutely no impact on how wonderful of a place this is to go to. We experienced the chef's take on the cuisine of Argentina and look forward to coming back for the next menu. The food was incredible, the service informative and attentive, and it was an intimate and comfortable atmosphere. Everyone who enjoys fine dining in Southern Saskatchewan should make a reservation at Trigo's.

Went for 3 tastings so far and will be checking back for every tasting to assure we try anything that peaks our interest.An amazing experience everytime. Guaranteed to have two absolutely spectacular foods, some good food and at least 1-2 things that are a cultural experience. Love the history they put together for each tasting as well

Good In all aspectsWe’ve been in al sorts of restaurants in southern Saskatchewan, but Trigo is different in many ways. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the restaurant is nicely decorated. The menu has, besides the burgers, many more nice options. And since the restaurant has a good chef, the meals are very well prepared. All in all a very nice restaurant.

A precious jewel in the middle of nowhere. We came upon Trigo by accident on our road trip. Excellent lunch, best Reuben my husband has tasted. The staff are very friendly and took time to answer our many questions. We recommend a visit to this restaurant.
