Went there on Sunday 2 minutes before shop closing. Just wanted double check couple details before booking. Impatient gentleman literally kicked me out that all system are already down and he can’t serve me now. Advice me, I should stop by on Tuesday.At least I know where not to go next time!

Great service. I went in last minute to see if they had a van. Gentleman there was friendly and service was quick with no issues. Signing the paperwork and gettting the truck took no more than 15 minutes.

Do not go to this location! I was communicating with an older gentleman who was extremely rude from the minute I got there.When I finished with the U-Haul, I returned it with a full tank, however he told me he was going to charge me $13.00 more. When I questioned why, he became aggressive and started yelling. He walked away and I followed him back to the location where he shut the door and LOCKED IT on me. My partner and I had to knock on the door for him to come and have our questions answered.Save yourself the hassle. I know this is a tough time for everyone, but a little customer service really goes a long way.

I am writing a poor review on this UHaul dealer because of their inability to be honest. Customer service is horrible and rude. I rented the truck and the man did not show us what we were to do with checking over scratches/ fuel tank etc, besides pointing to us where the lock box was. On the initial contract, he marked the fuel gage closer to 3/4 (which we did not pay attention to). We took a photo of the fuel gage before and after our trip and even fueled it up more than what we got it at. However, upon getting our final receipt and bill, he charged us for $20 of gas. The meter was not ticked to match the initial contract.Long story short, this man marked on the contract that the tank was more full than it ACTUALLY was. Therefore, when we returned it, to us it seemed like we overfilled, but in his reality, we did not fuel it enough! I called him back explaining to him the situation and he was so rude. Told me this is not his problem and it should have been our responsibility to report the discrepancy. I asked him isnt it HIS responsibility to correctly mark off the fuel gage PRIOR to making a contract with his customers, and telling customers to check for possible discrepancies at the very beginning? I told him I want to speak to someone else and he directed me to the general 1800UHAUL line because he quote on quote said I can't do anything
