Everyone here was fantastic with helping find the perfect tile. I showed them what I wanted and they brought in all the options in that style that they could find. Colin was particularly helpful. They answered my myriad of emails quickly, and helped me load the tiles into my car. So very happy with all their assistance!

Hailey and Mags offer a beautiful selection of unique tiles in a well curated showroom. Customer service was exceptional, from our initial visit, to email follow-ups for information and throughout the ordering and pickup process. Jordyn was knowledgable and assisted us in narrowing down exactly what we were after for our new shower. The tiles look amazing and we found them to be competitively priced – a bonus considering the uniqueness of designs and colour choices for glass. We would absolutely shop here again for future renovations.

They had a great selection of tiles to choose from. Jordyn was extremely knowledgeable at helping us decide on the tiles for our kitchen. Was even able to get me a few extra pieces right away when we miscalculated. Would definitely recommend going to check them out. Love our new kitchen.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service at Hailey and Mags. The representative, Jordyn, was very friendly and extremely helpful. She helped me to select a perfect tile and accent for modernizing my bathroom. She went over and above to source a specific sized tile and style I was searching for and was able to meet my tight timeline. My entire tile buying experience was excellent all thanks to Hailey and Mags. I strongly recommend them.

I ordered samples to start my project. They didn't take long and had a special price on the samples. Then I placed my order for my kitchen back splash project. I went with the Arabesque Glass Tile in 2 colors. My order was easy, delivered within a week and intact. Not a piece was broken, it was that well packed. Highly recommend them.

I was so pleased to have found this tile supplier. Hailey and Mags may have a small show room but they feature hundreds of unique high quality tiles. They were very helpful in providing guidance regarding style and colour, and when the tiles were needed soon, one of the employees stopped what they were doing and raced across town to pick the tiles up before the supplier closed. I was really impressed with their expertise and customer services, and I highly recommend Hailey and Mags.

This is the second time we have purchased our tile here. Love that Colin is interested in your project, gives great advice, and is always available to chat. Product arrives before date promised and they also provided me with tile that I had seen in another store. Selection is excellent and current. So convenient being in Poco. Very well priced.
