Only place I buy bedding and it is always Beach Bliss Tencel Modal Sheets. They are fantastic, super soft, last forever and never ever pill. I recently even bought a big super king blanket with moose on it and another set of sheets. I even bought my pillows there. Super expensive pillows that contain foam chips you can add or remove until the pillow is the exact fullness you won’t, that pillow bags of chips slips inside a down pillow envelope so your face doesn’t sweat while you sleep. Now I always travel with my pillow. Best money I ever spent!

The staff are awesome here, very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a very good selection of duvets, duvet covers, and various other things for your sleeping needs. My one complaint is that you cant return a duvet, it's a final sale, and since I didn't know how it felt to sleep with it until I bought it--I made a very expensive mistake with my purchase and now I'm stuck with it. It really sucks that a $300 duvet (and that is the SALE price) is heavy and flat and feels smoothering rather than the cloudlike I was aiming for :( and nothing can be done about it (not even an exchange for a higher priced one!)

The staff was very helpful. There are some great deals on clearance sheets. Its a pretty small store so they are limited in the designs they carry. They didn't carry any fitted sheets for thin mattresses in any materials.

My experience with any of their locations has been sub-par. Products are not anywhere near the quality I would expect for the price points. Customer service is ok but not very friendly. I purchased a bamboo sheet set from here after returning the beechwood bliss sheets at the hillside location after thet left darkening spots on my pillow case after one night that wouldn't wash out. I was told that bamboo and eucalyptus was much less likely to do this, hence my purchase of bamboo sheets from this location. Well, unfortunately they did the same thing. I returned the sheets for a full refund because I am not paying $125 incl tax for sheets that weren't the quality I expected for that price. The lady who approved the return looked miserable and not at all friendly. I won't be back and I found quality sheets elsewhere. I would not recommend any of their Victoria locations.

I love this store. They are a little higher priced but the quality is totally on par with the price. Also, they almost always have sales, good discounts and lower priced bins out front. I have too very expensic duvet covers and pillow shams from here that I got for an insane steal. What would have been $600ish for all was $100 for all. I've had them for three years and still like new due to their quality. Staff has always been very nice and tried hard to find me the pillow cases I was looking for, calling other stores and eventually ordering them in for me :)

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have been shopping at Quilts Etc. in Langford for almost 8 years, and every experience has been amazing. Sherri, the manager, is exceptionally helpful in a very thoughtful way. She always greets me when I walk in and asks if I need help with anything. Sheri really takes the time to find exactly what you are looking for. Her right hand gal Lisa is at the ready to help and assist in any way possible. I ALWAYS seem to find what I'm looking for at QE in Langford; the service, quality, and price is exactly what other stores should model. I would strongly suggest stopping at Quilts Etc. in Langford for all of your bedding and décor needs or upgrades. TEN STARS!!!!

My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend QE Quilts for anything related to sheets! Sherri & Rose are rockstars in the bedding world. Their knowledge of what we were looking for specifically, and helping us navigate the vast array of sheet options (that would have otherwise been an overwhelming experience) was nothing shy of a phenomenal... all this coming from a guy that wouldn't normally picture myself jumping out of bed to go quilt shopping! Overall, 6-star experience!

I buy all of my bedding from this location!! Amazing stuff and service. I will definitely recommend checking this store out.

Horrible customer service, I would not ever shop here again. Tried to return brand new items that I bought only a couple of days before as a Christmas present and they refuse to offer a refund. I was not told of this policy before purchasing. The employee was rude and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere that treats its customers better.

We’ve bought almost all our bedding here. The sales they have are off the hook! Or should I say off the hanger. They’re not afraid to unmake a bed and do it back up with a colour scheme to help you decide and the staff are always happy to answer questions.The bamboo sheets are really comfy and come in an array of colours. The duvets range from winter thick to summer thin so you can really customize your choices. Definitely don’t miss the Black Friday and Boxing Day sales.
