Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Got a nice upgrade but website says there is no after-hours drop off. Apparently there is a key drop box on side of building.

Ben has been amazing to deal with. Had a huge issue with the original truck I rent and once the problem was resolved I, since then has had the best service. They have been accommodating and understanding with further extending my rental!! I will never rent from anyone ever again! Thank you Ben and Rachel for the amazing service!!

Their quick, friendly service saved the day when the other shambolic car rental place next door couldn't get it together to give us the car we thought we'd booked. They even stayed past closing time to make sure we were sorted out. Hrishikesh is a pro and this is the place to go.

Following a disheartening experience at a neighbouring car rental establishment, my husband and I took our business to Enterprise.We were extremely grateful for the company’s organization and customer service !We were met with a smiling face and were out of there with a clean rental car in less than 10 minutes. The process to return the car was also a smooth experience with friendly staff.

Had a great experience with Enterprise! After an awful experience at the other rental place across the road, Cheshda and her colleagues sorted us out on the spot with a car, stayed past their closing time to sort everything out, helped us with figuring out the GPS etc, and just generally went above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable, highly recommend!

Great location, and they have the best staff. Never had any complaints, and I am always taken care of. I rent a car from this location for at least three months out of the year and never had an issue.

I rented a vehicle last weekend and had a wonderful experience with the friendly and professional staff at this Enterprise location. Ben and Jacob delivered an incredible customer service experience that left me very impressed. I was able to obtain a much better vehicle than I had originally requested, which is particularly surprising, considering how busy the store was when I arrived on short notice. Ben was able to handle a large volume of customers with ease, and Jacob ensured my vehicle was immaculate before I drove away. Thanks for the excellent service, guys! Enterprise saved my weekend plans and exceeded my expectations.

I wish Enterprise put more effort into providing their staff a better looking office environment. This location is so busy and you can tell the staff are hustling to make sure their customers are taken care of. But truthfully the office looks like a makeshift storage unit, which hardly seems fair for them. They should have proper desks/cubicles. maybe a better looking lounge area etc. Their Woodlawn location is way nicer looking and inviting when you walk in. The Gordon street staff need to be taken care of a bit better in my opinion.

I prebooked an intermediate size car about 2 weeks in advance for a quick trip to Montreal. When I arrived early morning on the day of to pick up the car, the previous renters had not returned on time so I received a free upgrade to a small pick up truck. This worked in my favor since I wanted to ensure the drive to Montreal would be a safe one! Shout out to the gentleman for the great customer service.
