I have been a client of Jeremy for almost 6 months and could not be happier with my results. I started my osteo journey due to pain and lack of mobility in my hips. Jeremy was patient and informative, asking lots of questions to get to the root cause of the issues. He was knowledgeable and provided a variety of exercises and small tweaks which have allowed me to live a pain free life without having to stop the activities I enjoyed. In addition to the removal of pain, I am sleeping better, able to train harder and have an overall improved feeling of wellness.For anyone who feels like they have tried everything and still don’t feel good, I highly recommend reaching out to Jeremy as I am confident he will be able to help!

I’ve been training with proactive training for 5 years now. It has been the best decision Ive ever made for my health and wellness. Charlotte and Emerson and the rest of the coaches have done an amazing job motivating myself and the rest of the proactive training community. Being apart of proactive is being apart of a big family. I have been seeing Jeremy for Brain Health Treatments since January 2023, I couldn't recommend his services enough, everyone could benefit from working with Jeremy!! I have encouraged family, friends and clients to see him for help with a variety of injuries/impingements/ailments/symptoms etc. Jeremy is so understanding, caring, attentive and responsive to his clients. He has equipped me with tools/strategies to implement into my daily routine, that help me to manage my stress levels, calming my central nervous system. Jeremy has truly changed my everyday. To name one of the many positive changes I have noticed since working with Jeremy is my sleep. I now fall asleep faster and stay asleep, and the quality of my sleep has improved significantly, which has massive trickle-down effects on everything else. I wake up feeling well-rested and ready to take on the day. I am so thankful to Jeremy for his dedication to his client's well-being, his professionalism and his services. I joined proactive in September 2022 with the hopes of feeling strong and confident in my body again after recovering from acl reconstructive surgery. Everything has been what I expected and more! There are plenty of modifications for moves you're working through and the high pace energy pushes you to test your limits. The coaches are great and facilities are clean and well organized. Glad to be part of the proactive team!

Osteopathy with Jeremy has been a great experience. For my case, I've been having difficulty with range of motion and strength engagement of the shoulders. Jeremy did an in depth look into my current condition and provided me with home exercises that have greatly assisted in my path of self recovery. I highly recommend Jeremy for osteopathy, keep up the good work.

I signed up to work with Jeremy Perkins because I had pain in my left knee. I wasn't sure if I had injured it as a beginner at the gym or if it was osteoarthritis as I do have osteoarthritis in a few other areas. Jeremy has worked closely with me, teaching me exercises to help my knee, help my arthritic toes, overall strengthening and also teaching me to exercise with proper form to avoid injury. He is helping me with mobility exercises as well. I am a senior who doesn't want to be an old person who can't move. I can honestly say that after working with Jeremy over the past 2 + months, my knee is no longer sore and my toes are stronger and not as sore. My overall strength has improved, my exercise form has improved, but most of all my confidence has improved. I am now returning to weekly gym classes with confidence and eagerness. My overall experience working with Jeremy was positive and enjoyable. His attitude was that of genuine care and concern for my well being. He always encourages and never hesitates to give a high five for accomplishments. I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone who feels they need personal one-on-one training or therapy.

I started with personal training (PT) at proactive about a year ago, my goal at the time was to commit to a regular exercise routine so that I could enjoy activities that I felt were taking more energy out of me than they should. I was never athletic and felt a bit intimidated to come to the classes but I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly atmosphere the members and trainers created. During class sessions, all the proactive trainers are extremely attentive to me and my husband (who also recently joined) when it comes to ensuring we are performing the exercise correctly and safely.I did majority of my PT sessions with Wendy Hind, whose optimism and infectious positive energy made my workouts enjoyable even while challenging. She really believed in me and always kept challenging me to do better, she had a genuine investment in helping me achieve my health goals.Little did I know, that I would not only be transforming my physical health but also my mental health for the better. I have certainly reached my goal of having more energy to enjoy all the experiences life has to offer.

I can’t say enough good things about Emerson and his team at ProActive Training! I’ve been going 3 times a week for the past 8 months, doing group classes and personal training, and not once did I feel like I was dragging myself to the gym. Their group circuit workout classes are always well organized, high energy and challenging while still providing many modifications to the exercise for people of all different capabilities. I’ve been to other gyms that provide group classes but the workouts at ProActive are the best! My personal training sessions with Emerson are amazing. I’ve really been able to push myself thanks to Emerson’s coaching and encouragement and we’ve been able to track my progress with body analysis measurements. It’s such a great community. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming to all new members. My brother was the first to join ProActive years ago and now most of my family are members.

Proactive Training and Nutrition has changed our world! My husband and I are 66 & 76 and we’ve never felt better! Through the years we have experienced lots of gyms, physio, workouts but nothing beats Proactive Training!! I believe the ‘P’ in Proactive represents the dedicated ‘Personal trainers’, as well as the ‘People’ (members) around us who are both welcoming and encouraging. Wendy our Personal Trainer presents a customized approach each session to help us achieve goals we set together. Perhaps the most important part of Wendy’s personal training is her ability to get us to surpass our expectations and prove each time we are capable of so much more! We love her, she is an inspiration, she is very friendly, encouraging and professional and extremely dedicated to our needs! Great supportive and positive atmosphere. The services such as osteopathy on top of the membership to train are excellent. In particular the osteopathy and coach Jeremy Perkins goes above and beyond supporting his clients in the gym and during treatment. He truly cares to make your experience at proactive very positive and is a huge motivation when you are working through your personal obstacles (physical and mental).
