I wanted to provide some feedback on Majid Habchi and my dealings with him to help others.I bought a 2023 kawasaki vulcan 900 classic from moto illimities in Terrebonne 2 weeks ago. Last week, I started to have intermittent issues with my turn signals. Despite several attempts to contact the salesman who sold me the bike and their service department, no one returned my calls. When I finally did get through, they were of no help at all and I was given an appointment in late July!So I decided to take my bike to Contant Vaudreuil and explained the issue to Majid. Despite being alone at the counter, he took the time to listen, see the bike and be 100% honest with me in that he has 50 bikes in the back and only 1 mechanic!He also told me that unless he sees the problem, it's very difficult to help me and to investigate will cost me instead of it being covered under the warranty.Despite being stressed out and dealing with extremely unhappy clients, he was still trying to HELP Me! He suggested that if I could take a video of the issue, he might be able to help me WITHOUT seeing the bike.So I emailed him several videos and while not expecting him to respond since I understood his STRESSFUL situation, he still replied AND was able to help diagnose the problem, ensure it was covered under the warranty AND order the part WITHOUT needing to see the bike!Not only that, but he was having lunch at 2:30pm when I came by and he purposely cut his lunch short to personally speak to me and explain what he had done and ordered the part!Majid is a GREAT example of a true professional and a caring human being who tries his best to help you, despite being blamed for not having any mechanics in the back and very often no help behind the counter.The man is a good person, good for business and there is NO SUBSTITUTION for honestly trying to help someone despite always being blamed for a lack of mechanics.Even if I have to book an appointment 2 months in advance, it's worth it to deal with someone who will sincerely try to help you AND take good care of your bike.Thank you Majid, merci beaucoup! You have made my summer already and thank you for being a good human being!
