I connected with Michael of PR Properties by chance, he was the first realtor to reach out to me when I started browsing properties. He wasn't pushy and I found him to be really helpful right from the beginning. I wasn't expecting anything to actually work out, to be able to find something in my budget in my preferred neighbourhood but Michael was really confident and assuring that we would definitely find something. I felt like I was a valued client of Michael's and am really happy I found him. One of the things that stood out was his punctuality. The whole buying ordeal is stressful enough, it's helpful when your realtor cares enough to be on time and to respond timely to messages. Michael was great at keeping things in perspective for me and helping to keep things calm when I was feeling discouraged or anxious. He was right, I ended up finding my perfect place, in my budget in my neighbourhood of preference in Vancouver! I never thought it could happen. Chris Pearce is an awesome Realtor. He worked with us, helping us secure our new home. He was patient as there isn't much on the market and it's very competitive. He was quick to meet with us to make sure we got in early to view new listings, a must when there are so few homes on the market. Another important skill was negotiating our real estate deal, plus he was onsite during the home's inspection. He's the kind of realtor you keep for life. We were not looking forward to buying a home. Who wants a used car salesman pressuring you into buying something that you're not really sure about?
