Georgian Radiology Consultants

Perhaps I will change my rating once I can actually get an appointment but so far my experience with Georgian Radiology has consisted of 10 busy signals and 3 calls that have gone straight to an automated system that instructs you to press a number for booking, but ultimately ends abruptly with an instruction that you can only leave a message to cancel an appointment and no further instruction or redirection to an actual person to book an appointment. When I called one of the locations directly, I was instructed to try again tomorrow or go to Wellington location directly in person to book the appointment. Don't know who designed your intake system but it is incredibly poor to say the least.

Very nice place for diagnostic imaging services (like ultrasound, X-rays and BMD)

Horrible experience. Refused to go back, and drove nearly an hour away for all subsequent appointments. Showed up for our first ever ultrasound to find out their technician was off sick. It was afternoon, we'd both taken the day off work and we both could have gone into work had anyone phoned to tell us we'd need to reschedule. Literally standing there bursting and in extreme discomfort from the 2L of water I'd been instructed to drink, we'd been incredibly nervous about the appointment in the first place. The receptionist was not very apologetic, though she was fielding disgruntled patients all morning who were supposed to have been called and notified. She put the blame on a third party who clearly hadn't called any of the day's appointments but she wasn't calling that third party to inquire as to why they weren't notifying anyone. If not for my midwives office miraculously scheduling an 8:45am appointment at another office that opened at 9am, we would have missed a window for our screening - we were dated a full week farther along in our pregnancy and would have been second trimester by the time Georgian would have rescheduled.

Show up sick all to the find out once inside the machines are down all day. I say, well where is the sign on the front door?, she says we are waiting for head office to sends us one. Hello ..you have a printer print one, or better yet get a marker and write one. Wasting people's time when they are unwell because you are too lazy to write a note.

People were friendly but they feel it's ok to charge you $25 for a picture of the ultrasound.It's absolutely disgusting!

Unacceptable! I have a bad back and an xray is needed. I checked here online for the Wellington Street hours and the site says that xrays closes at 6pm.Not wanting to waste a trip, i called the Wellington St location just to be sure. Here, i got an automated message that assured me I had until 6pm to get there. Wondering if I needed to fill out paper work when I got there, I tried to push numbers on the phone to get through to a real person but kept getting routed back to the automated message assuring me the Wellington St xray was open until 6pm. Sooo....I left work early, 45-minute bus ride, walked to the building in the pouring rain, arrived 5:45 p.m., only to be told that they have recently changed their x-ray times until 4 pm. When I complained that online and their automated service said they're open till 6, all the girl at the desk said was, Well
