The HVAC Service

I wanted to show my appreciation for the hard work and dedication of The HVAC Service in installing my new boiler. They were very responsive from the start with scheduling a visit and then getting back to me immediately with a quote. We agreed on a price, which was very reasonable, and I scheduled the installation for later that week. When they arrived for the job they were friendly, courteous and took care to not disturb any of my belongings while removing a few items from the basement. The installers worked quickly as well as neatly, so there was no mess left behind in our basement when they finished up. It's been a few years since we've gotten furnace service, but it seems like these guys really know their stuff!

The team at HVAC service was great to deal with, our unit was waaaaaay past it's prime (23 years) and they were honest that it might still give us a year or two, but the compressor was dying and wasn't pumping the right amount of coolant. We knew we had to pull the trigger eventually and they made it easy... we had a new unit within 24hrs. Solid team all around

I cannot say enough positive things about The HVAC Service. The technicians they sent were skilled and professional. They completed the installation efficiently and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. The tech went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the installation and provided clear instructions for ongoing maintenance. My experience with them was stress-free, and I am delighted with the cooling system they installed.

HVAC Service Solutions team members are always very nice and helpful!! Last year, our old furance didn't work suddenly. HVAC Service Solutions sales department & installation department worked closely & immediately... We got a new furnace that same day!! Stayed warm!! -15°C outside!! Recently, our furnace was not working, when I called HVAC in the morning, their technician came within 2 hours and found the problem, reported to the office, ordered the part, then replaced it. Our furnace back to normal and functioned well again. THANKS to HVAC all professional members, you all did great!! Keep it up :)

We were impressed by the reviews and ordered cleaning service for our ductless A/C. My partner confirmed twice via email as well and they were scheduled to come 8-11am. They completely missed the window of time and instead arrived at 2:00pm.So we were a bit frustrated at how late they were but still hoping to get good service given how highly the reviews were. The technician dispatched to us said he was unable to complete the services.We have in writing what we asked for and confirmation from the company (happy to attach here as proof). What a huge waste of our time and also the technician (who was very friendly).

The Good- They Showed up right away.( The installers worked hard and were very professional) Had a brand new central AC unit installed that same day.The Bad- The quote to fix the old one was high. Clearly they were trying to sell me on the new unit..5000$ish (installed) i found out after the fact I could have gotten one a little cheaper 3500-4000$(installed).Overall we're happy. We Would use them again if we were in a pinch

Do not recommend at all. They do not have your best interests in mind, it seems they are trying to upsell products to make more money.When my AC unit stopped working last year, I was recommended to upgrade from a 1.5 ton unit to a 2 ton unit by their technician. It took over a month to install because every time a technician came, they told me that they weren't aware of the difficulty of the installation and that I should reschedule an appointment. Furthermore, I had to pay extra on top of the quoted price for additional adjustments that I wasn't made aware of until later. The AC unit they installed now freezes over after an hour of running due to it being oversized for my townhouse, which I only learned after contacting another HVAC company. This company informed me I should not run the AC as it will damage the unit and tried to make me pay another $7500 to upgrade my air handler after I informed them of the issue. Not only that, they said that I should just upgrade my air handler as it is also insufficient for my heating during the winter, which was not true at all.It is also difficult to get into contact with them. They do not respond to my emails regarding the situation they put me in, and after 3 months of trying to remedy this situation, I am now posting this review.

I moved from one city to another and had a bad experience with my old hvac service. It was nice working with these guys to get my new unit installed and running smoothly. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves which is something I really appreciated when I had a busy day of unpacking to attend to.
