You cannot reach to this clinic by phone, unprofessional behavior, automated answering machine and main message dial 911 if emergency. Really, not recommending any patient to go there. Referring this experience with Brampton Location

Jenifer is great dietician and I've never felt better ever in my life.

While my first couple of appointments seemed hopeful, the follow ups were absolutely not. I left no better off, and perhaps even worse off. I first spoke with a weight specialist and then an endocrinologist. I got tests done and kept food logs.At my follow up with the endocrinologist, I was literally told that I probably have a hormonal problem and then he ended by saying I don't have a hormonal problem in the same sentence. Clearly, this does not make sense. He then gave me multiple speeches about how I just need to exercise and eat better. Keep in mind, I had shared multiple times that I have been consistently working out for 2 years and managing my diet for 6+ years. He also never once saw a log of my food or exercise to know how much I was doing. I have struggled with my weight and hormonal changes for 3+ years now. He did not want to do anymore tests and did not listen to anything I was trying to say. He just continually told me I shouldn't focus on appearances and should just exercise and eat better. He was absolutely condescending and would not listen to me or offer any more help. He literally ended by saying sometimes life just gives you a bad hand of cards"!At my follow up with the weight specialist

Absolut TRASH! 2 months for a phone consultation, and the Doc. prescribed a lifestyle change! If I wanted a lifestyle change, I would have done it two months ago! Just dont... save yourself.

CanMed really helped me lose weight. Understand my body and take back control of my diet. Thank you very much!
