Two vehicles in your parking lot today- Saturday September 4 and your not open. Your door sign and Web page says open until 2 on Saturday. It’s 13:00 hrs Turns out both of us drove over an hour to shop here. Sort out your advertising!

Been trying for two weeks to get ahold of Emberley they don't respond to email, don't answer the phone and don't return voice-mail ... I found the product I was after in Gander .. there goes a 5k sale

Might be a great place but don’t trust the opening hours they advertise...3 times we’ve been out to buy a stove and each time they were closed when listed as open

Emberley Fireplaces was stop very disappointing to deal with. Communication with the company was close to impossible - calls were not returned and emails not answered. But we persevered because they had a good reputation.Sure enough, after no response regarding our request for a quote, we get a call a half hour before they close up so for the day - they were going to come measure up where we wanted a propane fireplace installed - but there was a $150 charge to provide a quote. We felt like we had to get the project back on track so we agreed. Guys come and measure; very good. But then still no response about cost, installation availability, and options.Fed up with a process that took almost three months, we called another company and had the work done in less than a week.Maybe these guys were good back in the day, but they seem to be coasting on past work. Shop around. You don't even have to go far.
