I arrived at 8 I did not get onto a door till 16:30 was finally able to leave at 00:30. You would think drivers with a set appointment would be given priority over tractorless trailers but apparently not . The staff was helpful and courteous but that's it.

Please don’t go here to work, unless you want to check your patience limits.

They train there employees to cut corners and break company rules. They gloss over nearly all safety training to the point it's seriously unsafe. Then you're sent to work with mostly foreign workers on Visa's that can barely speak or read English as a team. If anyone on that team falls below the expected work rate because say they don't know English, then the entire team is fired. The work is hard, the turnover is high and Amazon is routinely looking for new employees. Unless they compensate better pay, improve the work conditions dramatically, then amazon will always have the competition from other warehouse's offering much better opportunities.

Worst place to deliver Freight. Do not trust the appointments they give you. They mean nothing. My driver waiting since 9 days to get offloaded. No kidding. 9 days and trailer is still not empty. Absolutely pathetic service. No management to talk with. Do not book loads delivering here

Logic and common sense dont apply in this facility from associate level to top. They baby sit grown up people because of their lack of common sense, awareness and knowledge of what is going on. Then they will treat u like u dont know what u are doing even thou you’ve done the task multiple times, specially during peak season and busy shifts. Associates acts like a boss during my time there and team work is very poor and it feels like you’re a slave, thats why I quit. And i have a lot more reason. This facility YVR2 450 Derwent pl. is the worst place to work in my opinion.

We have had specific delivery instructions on our amazon account for years and never had any issues until this week when they attempted" delivery when our business was closed. We contacted customer service who assured us that our orders would be delivered that day. Then FOUR separate people from this location called asking for an alternative address which we do not have. They were told that if they could not deliver before our closing time that day then to deliver the following day. The next morning we check the status of the orders only to find out they had been cancelled with out our notification claiming the orders were "undeliverable" we spoke with customer service again who told us the orders were "damaged in transit" and they would not be able to provide a replacement. This is 100% on Amazon and not the seller. The customer service here is lacking and we have taken our business else ware."

Worked here a few years ago. They really are on top of their game and it is very cool walking through the first time. Security is airtight so don't expect to waltz in without special permissions. Not a fan of the new management they brought in mid-2015 and floor changes/system upgrades. Decent place to work and move up if you can handle the long hours and physicality!More fun and a LOT less stressful once you get out of the entry-level packing.

I won’t recommend this place to anyone. You are expected to become machine . Poor policy and procedures are in place . Instead of this I would recommend to work in unionized jobs who got your back .

One of the worst customer, if you are delivering a load here. No management, even if you have an appointment, they still make you wait for 12 hours and won't offload you.Night shift recievers will complain about the number of pallets in the trailer, and day shift won't help out , as they have their own schedule.Please avoid their loads but If you are still coming for a delivery here, please bring you supplies for 3 - 4 days.I would like to give them 0 star, they don't deserve a single star.It's a horrible place, I will never ever pick a load for YVR2 again.

this location is a horrible place to work. Most of the staff are indian immigrants, and have created a toxic environment where only if you are indian can advance. You can apply for different jobs, but they will only give them to indians.
