Went in today to grab premix and concrete blocks. I am a nearby resident and thought would support local business.The forklift driver was unnecessarily condescending and rude. Seemed uptight and wound up (but there was only 2 of us in there).Then the cashier justifies the behavior with an excuse about contractors being pushy with their orders.A welcoming and positive purchase experience should be your goal instead of justifying negative employee behavior.

Business owner refused service at 4:40pm because he simply didn’t want to sell to me because it was too close to closing time. I drove after work as quickly as I could and before closing time. I had my colleague waiting there well before closing time to select the brick to purchase and I was only arriving to pay. The owner yelled at me and threatened to call the police when I explained I was unhappy with the fact he would not sell to me which is by the way within my consumer right to receive service within business hours. I have submitted a complaint about this business owner to Toronto City Managers Office. Unacceptable, poor service, disrespectful, unprofessional approach. Poor business tact and I would strongly recommend business owners steer clear of this business.

Absolute worst customer service. The guy in charge there was very rude to me and my helper. He also forgot to load one of the items I purchased but I didnt want to see him again and it was only worth $10 so I let it slide

My go to place for everything!! Great people, great prices, great products! As a contractor these guys have truly been a life saver so many times! They go out of their way to help with everything they can. Both Anthony and Mathew are very knowledgeable and very helpful with answering questions ,finding products and even loading up your materials for you! Keep up the great work boys! Highly recommend. 10/10

Very helpful and friendly service. Got exactor what I needed very quickly. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the products I needed.It’s also convenient that they’re open very early.

Poor, unprofessional business including the owner, unacceptable manners, needs to see a drop in business to understand his behavior and poor attitude is a result of the way of which he conducts his business.

Like most suppliers they are too busy to help you when you need questions answeredBut if you know what you need you will be able to be in and out before you know it.Their overall prices are fair and the staff are always willing to help you load whatever was bought witch is almost rare this days

If you just want something and don't care about customer service this is the place for you. The guy who I dealt with is very rude and clearly has anger management issues. I understand this is likely a stressful time for everyone but no need to take it out on your customers. I would give it a negative rating if I could strictly on the customer service. In terms of products, they seem good.
