R.G. Huxley is a family owned jewelry store that my family has used since the '80s. Ron was recommended to me by my mom when I was engagement ring shopping. I recently had a virtual consultation for an engagement ring design and they couldnt have designed a better ring if they tried. The virtual consultation was informative and Ron and Tracy did an excellent job steering me in the right direction. I would highly recommend them.

I'm so so lucky that my fiancé worked with Ron on my gorgeous engagement ring! It truly exceeded any expectations I had, and I knew we'd be working with Ron again on our wedding bands. We just picked them up, and again, Ron and the team were a dream! He really understands my style, and knew that I might end up wanting the ring a bit thinner than he had originally made. He was right, and made the adjustments on the spot, where I was able to watch and get exactly what I wanted. My fiancé and I are both so happy with the bands, and were treated like family through the whole process. I can't recommend enough!

In the past, I had visited Huxley for minor jewelery repairs and had pleasant experiences. I called today to see about a 14k gold band ring to customize in memory of a family member that passed recently. For a family business, I was shocked by the callousness of the person I spoke with today. I explained the meaning behind the ring I would like to customize, and to my surprise the person of on the phone ignored that I mentioned losing a loved one, and unlike any other human would, she offered no condolenses to a customer in bereavement looking for a meaningful piece. When she asked my dimenions, I was unsure of the size and mm's I wanted and she became irritated that I was unsure. Rather than explaining options, she immediately quoted a staggering $900 for a plain 14k gold band. For 10k gold that is made of mostly mixed metals, $700. In no world does this make sense when every other jewelery store I spoke with quoted a maximum of $500 for 14k gold. 18k gold and upwards, sure $900 makes sense. I have bought gold jewelery throughout the pandemic admidst inflation and rising gold prices, but these numbers do not add up. Unless they are getting the gold sustainably or it's higher than 14k, this pricing makes no sense at all and appears as unreasonably price gouging. Within a few minutes of the call, I experienced callous customer service with a dismissive tone. If you expect empathy from a family business, take your business and time elsewhere. Highly upset by this experience and will not return.

I can’t say enough about the lovely people here. Had a small issue after sizing and repairs of my wedding rings. I called them and they had me come back right away and not only fixed the problem right before my eyes but also explained what happened, gave me tips on how to keep an eye on it and how to fix it if it happens again. This is the only place I will take my jewelry and I would recommend them to anyone.Thank you so much RG Huxley Jewellers for your outstanding customer service and kindness. My 20 year old wedding rings look brand new again.

Ron and the Huxley family did an amazing job on my engagement ring and wedding band. It was a custom design using family heirlooms. Ron explained the process very well and made rings that are very ergonomic and comfortable. I have wider fingers and have never found rings that fit me well, so this is a first for me. I've been wearing the engagement ring for almost 3 weeks now and I get compliments from everyone. The rings are truly beautiful. I still can't believe it when I look at my hand.I am so happy we went to R G Huxley. They were highly recommend. You won't regret going with them. I'm looking forward to coming back in 6 months to have the rings cleaned and inspected.Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Five stars is not enough!

My ring has a suspended marquis diamond which fell out. RG Huxley jewelers built a basket for underneath the stone (barely noticeable) then reset the stone. It looks beautiful and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend their work. Thank you for a job well done!

After years of not wearing any of our watches I took quite a few to this location for batter changes and resizing . Everyone is very friendly , professional and the service was wonderful. Despite the large number of watches requiring service at once, they were able to accommodate us in a quick turnaround. One of the watches had to be sized numerous times and they were quick to help and make suggestions for the perfect fit . Will be my go to jeweller moving forward

Extremely happy with my experience! Everyone is so kind and helpful, prices are very reasonable and the work is beautiful! Had my wedding/engagement rings resized and soldered together and it looks fantastic. Really couldn't be happier :)
