KaiTech has helped me out on two occasions now (for issues related to sewer back up and pipe blockage, and with my water tank). Both times the service was excellent. Work done is thorough and fairly priced. Their response time is quick and the staff are attentive and take the time to explain what is going on. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

Ive used this company a couple of times now, plumbing in the basement and also as an emergency call. I wouldn't hesitate to use every time i needed any work done. We needed annual backwater testing for our irrigation system and I found Kaitech online. Their website was straightforward and easy to navigate. I filled out a request form and was pleasantly surprised at the quick response. They provided all the information and were quick to schedule a time. Made it so easy. They did everything they said they would and the gentleman came in the given time slot. He was also friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this company, the time they take for even the smallest request is exceptional. Thank you.

Fair priced and amazing customer service! From start to finish they were quick, responsive, accommodating and kept us up to date. You couldn’t ask for better service! I’d recommend KaiTech for all plumbing and heating services! We had a gas line and heater installed, it looks great and they have a great warranty, proving they stand behind their products and workmanship.

I reached out to Nathan Saturday evening about my 2nd water shut off valve that I was not able to locate (mentioned it's not urgent obviously). He responded right away, gave me some guidance, laid out the costs in case I wouldn't be able to locate it. But with his help I was able to find it. I definitely know who to contact if I run into any plumbing issues the next time. Great customer service.

I was super impressed with KaiTech and would definitely recommend them to anyone. They got back to me very quickly, and Nathan came to the house to help out right away for me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and didn't try to up-sell me... he tested the existing equipment and it was able to be fixed without replacing. Very very good experience with them. Nathan from KaiTech was awesome, even though they were swamped he stopped past on his way home to help my wife and I out. During this recent cold snap. Extremely personable and got the job done, and safes as a ton of dough and from freezing ! Thank you!!
