The bathroom here was filthy, this has clearly not been cleaned in a a very long time. Quite disappointing, as it did not feel sanitary enough to use.

Farmers wraps are now the size of snack wraps. Not sure if this is just Collingwood locations. Or all tim hortons. It’s thr size of half a bagel!!! Disgusting. Photos added

Awesome service. We were looking for hazelnut chocolate muffin and Manjeet Sran baked it fresh for us at 9:30 pm. She has made our day.

Worst craveables crispy chicken sandwich ever 3 small pieces of chicken don't cover the bun much so more bread then meat little sauce and crispy more like rubber chicken was over cooked or set out to long dried up no flavor. Tim Hortons became cheap and disgusting with their food. Keep to donuts and coffee. Horrible service had to tell my order 4 times before they got it right.

Great location! Decent service, friendly staff and the drive thru usually goes pretty fast.Food and baking has always been fresh. The Store is always neat and tidy & Bathrooms are clean!

I used to go to this location every morning prior to work with my husband for breakfast and we have since s changed locations.I just want to say that there are so many issues with this location:1: Staff is not friendly.2: My bacon was out of the fridge cold - store owner told me that they are no longer required to have it cooked/in amber containers being warmed and that they grill it instead; however my bacon still had cold grease and gave me a stomach ache. I was told to complain to head office if I wanted something to be done about it.3: Every day something was wrong with my order, whether it be the food or drinks, so we started simplifying our orders so maybe they’d be accurate, again not the case. One time my bacon breakfast sandwich had no bacon. Another time my breakfast wrap had no cheese. It’s one mistake after another.4. When I went in to use their washroom it was filthy, so filthy that squatting didn’t even seem fitting.So far our new location is 10/10 and that’s reason enough to never go back to this one.

Service is fast.I like the out door seating.My go to Tim Hortons in the Collingwood area.Friendly locals.Added review. 14 April 2023.When there 3 days ago. Boo Hoo.Why Boo Hoo. No outdoor seating. Mentioned it to the the Manager. Really nice guy.Amazing, went back the following day.Out door seating installed.Very impressed.I think this is one of the only outdoor seating's in the area.It was mentioned that due to the weather, it was not normally installed until May/June.Now I feel sorry for this Tim Hortons, a couple of bad weeks and I will not be riding my motorcycle. My Boo Hoo.Sorry, Tim Hortons.Back as soon as I can. Promise.A BIG thank you for listening to your customers.

Got to see very patient and hardworking workers today (quality service compared to a usual Tim Hortons). Loved every second we stayed in here.
