My husband and I went through two other plumbers before finding Chris and now we'll never use anyone else. He is prompt, efficient and always willing to work. He's come out here to Daysland on three different occasions for us and for my mother. Once was an emergency call about our hot water heater and he was FAST! He's also very friendly and just a nice, respectful person. My husband and I highly recommend him!

I can not express how excellent Austin's Pluming is. Chris has rescued me twice from acreage septic issues.The first time was a terrible day for us a septic was coming up in the basement and our dog fell in the septic tank. Chris gave up his Friday evening to deal with this mess, my husband rescued the dog and all got cleaned up. I couldn't believe how little the bill came too considering we live out of town, it was a Friday night and I had pulled him away from a family dinner.The second was when we were in Mexico and our son reported that once again we were having issues. Chris was out the next morning, equipment had to rented, and all was made good again. Instead of a large bill he just kindly said we could settled up once we got home.Chris does great work with excellent customer service. Don't bother calling anyone else...he's the best!

Austin answered my emergency call on a Saturday afternoon, out of town, to auger out a sewer. He did great work, charged a very reasonable price and was very courteous. I will definitely call for any other work we need. Five stars!!!

Had nothing but issues with the work. Ended up paying twice. Contacted multiple times same results everytime.

Chris was called to fix my main plumbing stack which had a small hole, finding the pipe to be well beyond repair he completely cut out any existing poor pipe and rebuilt it completely. Then when testing his work noticed the wax seal in my upstairs toilet had went as well. He didn't even hesitate and instantly began dismantling the toilet to fix the problem. 10/10 highly recommended

Very affordable price and does a great job. We have used him multiple times, and the longest we've had to wait for him was 2 days - he is awesome. The most recent experience he showed up that day to install a hot water tank, staying late to get it done!He should be your first call with every plumbing job

Chris was super awesome! Came out explained everything to me, help me put my tub back together, explained new piping that I needed and gave me a fair quote! Definitely will be inviting him back for that job and any future ones! Thanks again!

Chris was excellent to work with and always replied quickly. He was helpful when choosing new water heater/ pressure tank because I have no idea about those things. Very professional and did great work!
