I really wish I could give higher than a 5 star review. The staff is there is just unbelievably friendly, approachable and helpful. They answered every single question that I had, the prices are very reasonable, and they had everything we could've possibly needed (and more). I can't recommend them enough. I can already see myself becoming a regular customer. Thanks for all the help, we love our new pal!

Always super polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Awesome place to pick up our daily/weekly needs for our bearded dragon. Also got a new tank at a fantastic price. Would highly recommend. Great staff great products, great knowledge. Thank you!

They’re good honest people. Helped me with any questions I had. They’re considerate of the well-being of the animals they sell and don’t just sell to any customer if the customer hasn’t done their research ahead of time.They have almost everything one could need for their enclosure. They even sometimes sell cork bark pieces for cheap! They throw a bunch in a bin and you can look for which ones would work best in your enclosure and they sell it based on the weight.One thing they could do better is have slightly better housing for the larger insect species they sell. The terrestrial insects need containers that are a tad wider and a little shorter with more places to hide. Having them housed in short and wide containers also makes the containers easier to clean :)

Just bought my daughter a bearded dragon and they were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They were patient and answered my daughter's questions. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience when purchasing my blue tongue skink. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly, and answered every question I had with detail. They were also the only shop in this area to have an enclosure large enough for this specific lizard and at an affordable price too. I highly recommend Niagara Exotics to anyone who has or is looking to purchase a reptile :)

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. We've been going since they opened up. You can tell how much everyone cares for their animals and yours there. We had a little emergency with our hognose snake a while back and Carol gave the best advice. If you're looking for a place that treats and cares for you like family, it's Niagara Exotics!

The owner and staff are always super welcoming and ready to answer your questions! Also have some of the best prices on feeders and have super healthy animals that are priced very fair!
