I visited Winners Optical with my husband today and we are glad we did!The eye exam done by the Doctors at the front desk were so kind and professional. After years of not having an eye exam I was a little nervous, however the process felt quick and easy!Moving over to the eyewear area, Helen was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable!She took her time showing us eyewear and thankfully we were able to finally choose(lol)!For those looking for an eye exam/eyewear look no further! Phenomenal customer service and an amazing selection of eyewear! From the moment my daughter and I entered this establishment, we were greeted by the exceptionally friendly staff. It was such a welcoming feeling! While browsing, every staff member we encountered was friendly and kind and offered suggestions based on the style of glasses we were looking for. Once my daughter made her choice, the associate was knowledgeable and very helpful in ensuring she selected the lens best suited for her daily needs and within our price range. They even directed us to Groupon for a further discount! My man and I have been going to Winners Optical for a couple years now and they never fail to amaze us with their exceptional care and passion for detail in finding the perfect frames for any occasion. Recently we were recommended the Maui Jim line for our vacation to Jamaica and those lenses completely changed our time in the sun with the UV protection and zero lack in vibrancy of colour!! Each member of their staff treats you as if you are a friend. They do everything within their means to make sure you are leaving completely satisfied. Can’t recommend them enough!
