Booking an appointment was super easy online and as promised they contacted me to confirm their arrival time half an hour in advance. They were quick, professional and gave me information on pricing and load sizes so that I can book another pickup in the future.I wish that I had more out for pickup on this first appointment!

Booked online, team was ready to pickup next day. Driver gave a 20min courtesy call, showed up on time. I showed the items needing pickup in the shed, they gave me different prices based on how much they would take. I went with 1/3 of a truck, they removed all the agreed upon items in a matter of minutes. A couch was hiding a table top in the back that we didnt agree to pickup for 1/3. The team still took the disassembled table with no extra charge. Great service, ended up costing about 400$ with the tip factored in. Would highly recommend.

I thoroughly appreciated everything about these guys' service. When calling, they pick-up within the first minute or two, and the ladies were very quick and efficient in taking down all your info with a rough estimate. Then the field guys will call you when they're close to arriving. In my case, I had Eric + Dustin crew, and those guys were great. Super professional when asked questions, hands-on, and communicative over the phone. I could tell these guys are reasonable and honest in their pricing, and considering they give you a free quote on-site (which gives customers the option to accept or decline), it just made me trust them a little bit more. Whether it's for tiny pieces of junk or a boat-loads of junk, I'd recommend them.

They made it so easy, I was able to get a next day appt. couldn't be on site at the time of pick up, communication was great! They were very accommodating and understanding. Andrew was my contact person on pick up day and he was fantastic! Thank you!

Exceptional service from the first promptly answered call to the final disposal and clean up some 12 hours later. Brent and Mitchell were the best. Calmly, courteously and efficiently went about their business and took the time to answer all my questions about the move and the charitable donation aspects that attracted me to it in the first place. Could not recommend this service more.
