Kris was so helpful today, apparently I haven't been here in 7 years! I've been ordering online. Beautiful gifts and ornaments.

If you live in the Detroit area and have never been to Pewabic - this place is a MUST for your bucket list. I've been visiting there since I was in my late teens and never get tired of going.Truly a Detroit gem, a historic/cultural landmark, an absolute local treasure - a true working museum.

Great historic tile and earthware factory and shop. They produce top notch custom tiles on site. We really enjoyed the excellent tour of the factory which gave great insights into the creation of the tiles.

Incredible historic landmark. There’s a little free museum upstairs that goes into the history of tile making and pottery in Detroit. The shop downstairs has a beautiful selection from many different artists with a good range of prices to accommodate any budget. We found some small tiles starting at $5 that made for a nice souvenir. I’m so glad we had time to drop in. I highly recommend a visit.

Be sure to check out the upstairs museum. It is an excellent time capsule of this amazing craft and how it has evolved and continues to inspire.
