Judges in Family Law are old men who know nothing about raising kids and have never changed a diaper in their lives. Judges like Gibson, Fitzpatric, Trimble, Lemon, and Valence all do favors to male lawyers.

They never pick up the phone… it’s horrible.

I have been trying to get a simple uncontested divorce with no assets and no child support for a year! Every time I go in it's a different person and every one tells me something different! No one is on the same page! I'm livid with the amount of times I've been turned away and told I need to do something different!

Hours are very limited (9am to 11am; 2pm to 4pm). Service at family counter is very slow. It happened twice, I got there more than an hour before closing time, had to wait for more than an hour only to hear that I would have to come back another day because they “have to close”. That’s very disrespectful to all those who had to skip work or lose some work hours. The ladies behind the counter are rude, defensive and are not people oriented at all. People in need of their services have already gone through a lot but they don’t seem to care at all. This is a public service maintained by tax payers, It MUST be better than that.

Go to another city but never Hamilton they are more prejudice and more uckery
