Helpful, but too busy all the time. Needs to be bigger to handle more in person questions

I requested assistance at this store for an account. I guess the employee was overwhelmed by my request. I was told to go home and do it myself. Instead, I drove to Access and Bell to start new accounts. I then called 1-800- SASKTEL to disconnect all services and my account. They started off being pleasant on the phone, but when I insisted on disconnecting everything, they became rude. I am no longer a SaskTel customer and neverwill be again.It's easy to keep customers when you treat them right. When customers leave, it's twice as hard to get them back. Let's just say it will be 10 times harder to get me back.

Hassan went above and beyond for my wife and I today. We came because of a frustrating dealing with insurance over our lost phone and normally they in store do not call out for customers but he had compassion and understanding of what we had dealt with, and he absolutely did the best job I have ever witnessed God bless him.

Oh man, these cats are the bees knees!I was there buying my offspring his first phone and Ravan was a slam dunk.He was hip-hopping all over the deals and working magic!We had a seriously dope time and my kid thinks his phone is most excellent!Thanks for all your help homie!Ain’t no party like a SaskTel Partay!

Service depends on who you get. Yesterday's experience with Cassidy was good but other service people we have dealt with, not so.

General lack of communication. I could have booked it all on the phone.

I called SaskTel a week or so ago to move back to Infinet and the rep on the phone was fantastic and told me I could do a self install and directed me to this store to pick up a modem. This was fantastic as my apartment has a simple fibre setup and I’m a tech savvy person so it’s right down my alley.However that’s were the good service stopped.I was greeted by a sales rep who had no idea about the self install program as well as every 30 seconds would leave our conversation to talk to new people at the door. I wouldn’t have minded this but she spent more time with new people coming in the door than with me. (She hadn’t even taken any info from me yet, and would get farther with people at the door than she had gotten with me)She also raised her voice at someone at the door and was very rude about it giving them a receipt for returned equipment. I genuinely thought about canceling my order and walking out.The store wasn’t very busy and again it took us probably double to triple the time just because the rep started helping others before finishing our transaction.I’m happy that internet is the only service I rely on SaskTel for because I would not feel confident getting any other products or services at this location. I will be calling in to SaskTel from here on out.
