Its a worst experience ever, we went to the castlegar store to buy some samosas. In starting they told us that it gonna take 12 to 15 minutes and we agreed to wait outside because of social distancing. Their cook Alecio took around 50 minutes for our order.And around 6 people are working at that time. I don't know why it took so long. It was really a Worst experience.

We were traveling through and someone recommended the chicken so we thought we would try it out but it wasn't that great. Also, the cashier talked me into signing up for some kind of rewards program which required my email and since then, I've been bombarded with Spam e-mails. It's not okay to sell my information to a mailing list. One other thing that bothered us about this location was that my Mother-in-law needed to use the rest room but they said it was out of order. This is interesting because I read some previous reviews and they said the washroom was out of order and that was over a month ago. It doesn't take that long to fix plumbing. If the owner of this franchise cannot offer basic services to accommodate the needs of their customers, they shouldn't be in business!

Very disappointed with this placeToday was the 10th time I have come in on my way to workAnd they still won't cook a pizza for meSaying they need to clean the ovenBut they will say that from 12pm to the end of there shiftIf you are not going to cook anything until the next shiftPlease put a sign up so we don't waste any time going inBut today I grabbed a couple of microwaveable burritos because no pizzaOnce I got to work I opened them to cook and there covered in moldNow I'm not sure if I even want to ever come back

Worst experience..dnt even knw how to talk to customer...i went there to buy nailcutter nd ask do u guys have it..she said yeah chck in ist row..i tried but i was unable to find out..i said could u plz help me i cant find it ..she replied then we dont have it like seriously? This is your service atleast make your effort walk 5-10steps for customer...if dnt wanna work stay home but treat people well....

Nice people. Which is great. I used to work at a 7-11, and when you see hundreds if not thousands of people everyday, it can get draining. But the workers here are pretty nice.

Good chicken/hot food selection, friendly staff… one star for each. Have always stopped here on my frequent trips through town. Unfortunately their washroom situation has been on a steady decline over the years. Used to have two washrooms, now down to one. Door doesn’t lock so there’s a sign asking you to knock first so you don’t walk in on someone. Soap dispenser is permanently empty or appears to be broken as there is a bottle of sanitizer on the sink to wash you hands with instead. Paper towel dispenser is always empty and/or broken. For a place that serves finger food you’d think they’d at least have their washrooms at a standard where you can wash your hands before you eat.

I've got to this store once a week since October 15-16 for Big Gulp coke 0 none and tried Coke and Pepsi diet and still none. And I know for sure that this store has received orders for other things in the store not fountain drinks. McDonalds has coke 0. It all comes from the same place. Why can't 7-11 get there's. What does it take to get a fountain drink?

Lots of staff, but no one working. Eating cookies and talking. Was in the mood for the nachos, No Cheese,No Chili NO Signage. After I opened the package and asked they then told me..Chili dispenser missing parts (how long ago?) Lots of options so my last time there.

730 am, no coffee, no hot food other than toquitos. Seriously?Also purchased some packaged hard boiled eggs that where a week and a half past due. Earlier in the week.Employees need to spend less time chatting or on the phone behind the counter and actually do work related duties.Next time I'm there for work I'll just go to Chevron instead.
